software applications are very much similar to CRM or Customer relationship management but
ATS is mainly used for tracking the recruitments of the organization (Laumer, Maier &
Eckhardt, 2015). The tracking system helps to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process
with AI assistance accompanied by a strong talent filter. The management of the applicants and
clients are made easy with the help of this application (Dmour et al., 2015).
A. Organizational strategy
The main aim of MTC is to provide astonishing and improved recommendations and consultancy
service for their customers. The company wants to recruit high professional IT consultants to
keep up with the pace of the growing market trends. The current recruitment process used by
MTC is the traditional manual process, which takes manual work force to process, analyze and
achieve results for the recruitment process. Introduction of ATS will automate the recruitment
process and improve the management of the process (Schlinger, 2014).
B. Competitive Advantage
The manual process of recruitment is making the process slow and the global reach of the
company is bounded within a certain limit. On the contrary, their competitions in the market are
using automated applications for the recruitment process. Applicant Tracking System will enable
MTC to reach the global market with increase in international applicants (Gupta, 2013).
C. Strategic Objectives
The MTC has mainly four goals that are addressed in the table below:

Recommendation
The modern technologies can deliver better results for any company. Introduction of
SaaS (System as a Software) can reduce the efforts of the employees and can reduce time by
automating the business process. The systems and the data security should be upgraded for the
MTC Company. SaaS will ensure that the company do not have to invest in application making
and website development separately. It is recommended that the company should invest in
technology to improve their service.
Conclusion
Introduction of applicant tracking system will benefit the employees as well as the
organization. The recruitment process will be fast and effective. The company will get many
application from worldwide and they will be able to choose candidates efficiently. In conclusion,
the MTC can choose to invest in modern technology to improve their customer relationship and
services. Automation of process will help the company to process the information fast and
provide effective results based on that.
