muscles and Is causing a muscle fatigue. Massage is one of the ways which can help muscle
stiffness after exercise as it relaxed the body. When a person is facing tight muscles issues and
stiffness in the muscles after the workout, they can do the massage and can relax the body which
can help introducing the muscle soreness. a massage can help to reduce muscle tightness by
increasing muscle temperature which results in the improvement in tissue elasticity.

overall body and the tissues of the person and help in reducing the pain and the soreness which a
person is facing.
