does not het time to have his meals on time and need to remain attentive whole

leg. At the end I used my thumb and sided it downwards followed by effleurage
technique to relax is muscle completely.
RIGHT POSTERIOR LEG
I repeated this above specified left Posterior leg massage sequence to his left
Posterior leg muscle and massage in similar manner by applying same pressure
and same techniques and for same time period or duration.
BACK
I had started this massage by apply oil all over the back of client and used
effleurage technique three times for massaging his back gently and for
spreading oil all over his back. I used this technique three times for spreading oil
and developing heat on whole area of the back. I used double hand- picking
method on both the sides of his back and continued it for few minutes. Then I
used kneading method from lower back to shoulder blade of client. I repeated
this technique for three times and used knuckling movements circularly on back
of high ribs and used both my thumbs to move from lower back to upwards
towards either side of his neck and shoulders. After repeating this technique for
few minutes, I used Petrissage technique and moved my hand in short circle
applying gentle pressure on other side of the client. This massage was repeated
for another five minutes and ended up using effleurage for smoothening whole
back using my forearms.
LEFT THIGH LEG
First of all, I asked my client to lay on his back and covered his remaining body
parts with a towel. I used effleurage to massage high thigh and apply oil all over
the thigh muscle. I repeated this technique three times and then I had placed
heel of my hand on the bottom of thigh muscle above the knee and another
hand on top of thigh. I gently slide my hand with gentle pressure from top of
thigh to bottom gently. I had repeated this technique several times. Then slowly I
moved my hand towards sides of his left thigh and gently moved my hand
circular stroking movement for a smaller area by applying deep pressure on
sides of high thigh muscles in order to relax his thigh muscles. After this I placed
both my hands on bottom thigh muscle of client and moved one hand in
fanning out motion, starting at inner thigh area moving my hand towards outer
thigh area and following other hand upwards in the same manner. I continued
this pattern for 5 minutes using alternative hand. At last, I finished this by using
effleurage technique and massaging whole thigh area muscles three times in
order to relax his body.
RIGHT THIGH LEG
I repeated this above specified right thigh muscle massage sequence to right
thigh muscle massage in similar manner by applying same pressure and same
techniques and for same time period or duration.

happy and satisfied with the massage he gave positive response and said he was
happy and satisfied with this treatment and actually felt quite relaxed and was
not feeling any kind of fatigue or tiredness. However, he said that due to long
nails sometimes he felt that my nails were pinching him but did not felt pain or
hurt. Lastly, he said that soon he was going to repeat this massaging treatment
again.
HOMECARE ADVICE
After this treatment I gave home care advice to my client that he should drink
lots of water whole day i.e., at least 2 lt. of water. It is important to drink lots of
water after massage. I have also asked my client to do yoga in order to remain
stress free and had advised him that he should not drink caffeine beverage after
