communication, expectation of clear roles and rules for operation and lastly early conflict.
Woking teams are considered to be backbone of the whole contemporary work life. Executive
teams tend to run on corporation and project team members that are needed for creating new
products and services (Ford, Piccolo & Ford, 2017). Matrix is mainly needed for developing for
the pharmaceutical that is delivery of services in the present consulting firms and agencies. There
is list of strategies which is needed for effective and consistent team structure like
Identifying the training needs: High performing team are considered to be social entities
that merely focus on achieving a common goal which is both short and long term. They merely
tend to offer a complete commitment to working each other (Grant, 2016). Team members in this
pharmaceutical organization aim to do much better work when their roles are clearly defined.
Making the right choice of training methods: Some of the most common method
improving the skill of individual is On-job training. In this mode of training, some people work

organization need to focus on the method of importing the confidence of people that provides a

the areas of identifying and development of people with proper skills and abilities in the
organization (Grant, 2016). As a manager of this pharmaceutical organization, an individual can
identify the team members that have specific talent along with retaining them.
Succession Planning: As soon as the team have the ability of team members and level of
performance, they can plan the whole thing so that they do not lose some of the important skills
(McDavid, Huse & Hawthorn, 2018). Good succession planning mainly tends to ensure the fact
that they have enough skills, knowledge and overall experience.
