SUMMARY
In the portfolio I learned about the mean, mode & median. These are the maths terms that
helped me in the better understanding of the statistics. These learning during my portfolio
enabled me in analysing the gathered data. Along with this, the teachers taught me about the
mensuration. This concept leads to have the better understanding of calculating the distances.
This concept involves all the distance figures such as M & Km. During this portfolio I also
learned calculation about the quantity of the data. The better understanding of the effectiveness
of the communication been learned by me. And this helping me to approach the effective
behaviour in my career. During this section of portfolio, the importance of sharing the opinions
has been learned. The another section of the portfolio was about the critical reading and writing.
This section helped me in leaning the importance of the reading and writing. This enables in the
better understanding of the topics. Critical reading leads to the effective understanding of each
text. The motivational theories teach by the teachers. The theories were related to the Maslow'
hierarchy of needs. The better understanding of these motivational theories has increased by self-
esteem. While learning the theories, I found that the inner strength of the person can result in
increasing he confidence of the person. In the other section of the portfolio I learned about the
short term and long term source for allocating the finance of the business. This section helped me
in knowing, how business firms allocate their capital for short and long period and what are their
merits and demerits.
The another section has provided me the effective understanding of the motivational
techniques that are used in order to motivate employees. This concept makes me realize that the
motivated employees contributes in effective manner towards their task. The next section is
related to the approaching the different sources in order to arrange the capital for the business.
During this section I analysed the different ways of allocating the capital for Zylla limited. This
section provides me the better understanding of the cost effective system for producing the
output. Another section of the portfolio gave me the better understanding the communication
theories and hoe these theories can apply in future for experiencing the effective communication.
During the portfolio, the concept of research has been learned by me. This enabled me in having
better understanding of the research techniques. The quantitative and qualitative techniques of

the research has been learned. Another section of the portfolio was about the importance of the
learning module in the classroom. Under this section. There are various types of learning module
has been learned by me. And all those modules helped me in increasing my learning power. I
applied this module on my learning skills and this provides me the result of effective learning
ability. This section enabled me in knowing that applying learning module in the classroom is the
part of inclusive practices.
