The report discusses about the various kind of impacts that are made through the use of different
kind of projects within Mawson Zoo. The organisation has undertaken several kind of measures

changes towards the organisation. The company had undertaken several form of projects based
on technical expertise but these projects were not able to bring in better forms of impacts as these
projects were delivered not within a proper budget and within time. In the discussion supported

management. Based on the discussion over such theories, the recommendations would be put
forward that would be able to make a better impact towards the organisation. Hence, this report
focuses over the different kind of concepts in relation to project management that could be

project performance and integrating project processes within the organisation. After the
