occur while managing data will be reduced. The clients can behave much
professionally in the ethical environment.
Background and strategic context
Max Lionel Reality has developed in the year of 2008 by Max Lionel. The company
has approximately100 employees and from them around 80 employees are
licensed real estate agents. In order to engage many agents the company has
different strategies. The agents of the company manage the property sales and
rental activities when the clients are found not available. The company has
successfully followed the REIV code of conduct. The mission of the company is to
achieve highest commercial returns for the clients. Apart from that, the company
is also focused to deliver good client experiences that none other similar
companies provide. The company keeps themselves engaged in land and
property development activities. The aim of the company is to keep itself engaged
to customers and clients for building global reputation and integrity as well. The
company should support the innovative management and leadership skills and the
overall business ideologies as well. The aim of the company is to make it a high
