companies have helped Maximo to achieve huge success in market. Maximo as well as the
managers recognise the relentless efforts of the employees as major reason behind this huge
success. In order to build this effective workforce, Maximo used some strategies.
The employees are a part of positive work ambience developed and retained by the
management. Besides, the supervisors foster a collaborative environment which ensure that
each member is valuable for the team.
Maximo built an effective and committed workforce in his organization by enhancing
their unique strengths and talents (Cascio and Boudreau 2014). The mangers break down
problematic issues into manageable activities so that the employees do not feel abandoned
and stay motivated.
The company head possesses the ability to convey his knowledge, the company’s
objectives as well as strategies to his employees. The management discusses the employees’
role that fits the target achievement and make them understand the company’s expectation
(Bamberger, Biron and Meshoulam 2014).
As the company is still small in size, therefore hiring can serve as a strategy for
expansion. It needs to ensure that the company hires employees aligning to the business
tactics because strong employee increases productivity. The company can develop a
competitive advantage by developing a strong recruiting process which will recruit the best
talents. The management must be assessing the organization’s state constantly and continue
the recruitment process. The appropriate hiring will provide a sustainable competitive
advantage, which will be difficult for the competotors to duplicate and exceed.
