Steps of framing creative process:
Steve Jobs is one of the famous American business magnet and entrepreneur and the
co-founder of Apple. Being one of the famous entrepreneurs around the world, Steve Jobs
was extreme proficient in leading the organisation. Being the most creative and innovative
entrepreneurs around the world, Steve Jobs has cultivated his creativity in a very systematic
manner. Pursuing diverse interest of the staffs was one of the aspects of his leadership. Steve
Jobs generally followed effective leadership and allowed the staffs in the decision making
process, which according to him is the best way of generating positive attention among team
members (Heracleous & Klaering, 2014).
On the other hand, the ineffective leaders of contemporary times generally follows
autocratic leadership style and take the decision by their own without acknowledging the
values and perception of the team members. The way, through which Steve Jobs used to
distribute his power in terms of leading the people, was really admirable. He has articulated
his vision with his fellow team members and encourages them to work proficiently towards
the same vision. This is reason, for which Apple has become the technological giant around
the world. One of the greatest aspects of the leadership style of Steve Job is that he didn’t
confined himself into making huge statistics of sales. Rather, he put consistent effort in the
way of initiating innovation and creativity which is the key of producing innovative products
or services (Rauf, 2014). The way of attaining creativity by Steve Jobs was different from
that of the non-effective leaders. In-spite of distributing the power, the leaders in the
contemporary times are more likely to use the power by their own, which create an
environment of mistrust in the organisation and generate dissatisfaction among the staffs.
