INTRODUCTION
Learning and education is important part of students life without which it is not possible
to access higher growth and achievement. The education sector is changing at rapid scale and
proper evaluation and analysis is required. It is crucial for students to focus on development so
that goals are accomplished easily. Graduation and post graduation both are important for every
individual to gain employability and success in near future. Students are needed to be well aware
of achieving of and passing both at appropriate level. Without passing post graduation, it is
difficult to survive in market. Main aim of this essay is to understand the importance of MBA
course and skills needed to pass MBA. This portfolio consists of importance of MBA course
level 7, skills gap identification and personal development plan (Pareto, 2019).
MAIN BODY
SECTION 1
Learning requirement for MBA courses
According to Macias, reflection refers to way of analysing and recalling of information in
order to access the past mistakes and make improvements. It is critically crucial to focus on
development and improvement which can be easily done through reflection. In reference of my
own personality, I reflected myself during the the course of MBA and college journey. I
examined that there is need of improving my skills in writing as it if my first faced interaction.
There are also many other several skills which are required by me and which were
communication, active listening, maintaining notes during lectures, taking feedbacks from tutor.
It was important for me to access to how to write academic essays because it was not easy for me
to pass MBA course because there was a specific exam system. During the course, I faced many
different types of situations and felt quite nervous as situations were complex and new to me
such as managing all the projects with multitask operations etc. Then, I remain calm and tackle
the situations in well organised and effective manner. Moreover, my classmates and teachers
were helpful at that time as they helped me out in accessing to my objectives.

Evaluate and analyse the learning experience and skills gap identification
From my learning experience, I analysed that it is crucial for me to access to my
weakness an strength so that further changes and improvement can be done. During my learning
experience, I examined that skills which I need to improve are leadership skills and
communication skills. This is because when I communicate with strange people I hesitate and
passes the wring information. Skills gap identification refers to difference between individual
skills possessed by them and skills needed by employer. It is important for me to be well aware
of skills gap so that better decision making is done by me. So, from evaluation and previous
learning stages I examined that I scored 4.2 out of 5 in communication skills and 4.1 out of 5 in
leadership skills (Bal-Gezegin and Gümüsok, 2019).
Skill gap refers to the gap in which there is gap between the acquired gap by the person
and the required skill. In this, I need to learn the management skill which I am not possessing. In
relation to this, there is need to fulfil this gap. I am also possessing flexible in working but I need
to learn the management skill which is there can help to get better learning. There is also one
skill gap and that is time management which is highly required by me and I don't have this one
which is really needed as the student of MBA. There is need to fulfil the skill gap which can help
to learning and posses those skills which are really needed.

Personal development plan
Personal development plan is the one which is able to specify individuals insight and
their capabilities which are there in any person. There is need to improve in skills along with
this, there is also need to learn many of skill which is highly required in the post graduation
programme which is MBA. In this, there is highly need to learn many of the things and skills
which are there able to help me out in future which is there in professional life. There is need to
increase the communication skills in which there in need for high improvement where there are
many of different skills like management skill which is highly required to learn in my MBA
course. This is the one which is there able to help me out in getting better understanding of these
course along with this, communication skill is the one which is able to help me out in my future
work and business (Hassenfeld and Levisohn, 2019). I also need to improve my writing skill

along with I need to learn the academic style which is in relation to learn by reading different
articles. I also need to improve my listening skill which can help me in my academic and also
during meeting with clients during any business deal. I am also weak in leadership which I need
to learn this skill that can be going to use in my future as any leader of group. These are some of
the skills which I really need to learn and improve that can help me in future as professional
development. These are some of the skills which should be learn in relation to get better benefits
(Kingston and Siraj, 2017).
CONCLUSION
Form above report, it can be concluded that there are many of skills which are required
for higher education learning models. In this, there is understanding of to learn different skill
which are there can help to get better response in future. In this, there is discussion about the
logic which are there to learn different skills which are there can use in professional life and for
personal development. There is some skill gap and learning stages along with this there is also
discussion about the self-development action plan which is there can lead to better life.
