1: Use of MBA
As a natural learner, I always want to improve my knowledge and skills by continuously
reading, studying, and learning. I have nearly 16 years of experience in IT and throughout my
career, I always look for problems and challenges, understand and solve them. My technical
skills allowed me to grow in my career mostly as a technical leader. At this point, I realize to
have some critical skills in management across different job responsibilities to progress further
as an Organization leader.
The AGSM MBA will provide me proper guidance to analyse the work requirements and
then achieve the appropriate knowledge which is required to achieve the desired target. MBA
will also provide a diverse knowledge base about the theoretical ways which are often being used
within the companies for doing business activities. Through this efficient understanding of the
theoretical approaches, I can ensure that I can identify different ways through which the target
can be achieved.
My desired job profile is of being a Chief Information Security Officer and because of
which the AGSM MBA degree will empower me to achieve a proper understanding of the
different organization responsibilities which the executive has to perform within the company.
Thus, by having an efficient understanding of the business and market trends I can ensure that to
develop different ways for problem-solving. Also, AGSM MBA is not only for theoretical
concepts but also helps me to develop contacts with a different type of people and allow me to
increase networking opportunities.
2: Personal skills
Through, the personal skills which I mostly like about myself is the curiosity to learn and
implement new talent and skills. Through this I tend to ensure that I am able to integrate different
knowledge and skills in the current working process by which the quality of the outcome from an
operation can be improved. This becomes more due to the fact that since companies tend to
implement innovation in their working process due to which by learning new skills I can develop
organizational strategies such that work productivity can be increased.

Efficient communication skill is an important skill which I have. I often use this skill for
developing network through which I can achieve the desired target. This becomes more
significant due to the fact that during my employment as being a marketing profession I have to
motive employee for various organizational purposes. Therefore, I can use my efficient
communication skills for the achievement of the desired target.
Developing strategy for improvement, is also another skill which I often use, this is
important skill on which I am mostly proud of. This is important because since I am able to
develop my network as per my requirements therefore through this I tend to ensure that I am able
to change the different situations such that the desired target can be achieved. Thus, this skill will
be highly productiveness for me due to the fact that as being a profession in the marketing field I
have to analyse the current market trends and then develop my respective company's strategy so
that it can achieve competitive edge.
3: Contribution to class and MBA community
Since I am highly curious about learning new skills and developing network with
different type of people. Due to which I am able to work as an individual and as a team as well
because of which in my performance within the teams which are often being made to accomplish
a target will be improved. This will be a highly efficient because in several organizations teams
are often being developed for the accomplishment of a target. Therefore, by working as a team I
can ensure that concentrated efforts are being made by the team to achieve the desired target.
This becomes significant because during my academics there will be several occasions at which I
have to work as a team. Due to which by contributing my knowledge and skills in the problem
solving I can increase the chances of target accomplishment for my team, which will improve my
academics scores and provide a better job possibility.
For being an MBA profession I will make several efforts by which I can ensure that a
overall improved working job profile is being achieved. Due to which I will tend to make several
efforts by which I can learn new skills through which my working process is being improved.
Through these improvements in my working capability I will ensure that I am able to utilize my
knowledge and identify new ways by which the tasks of an MBA profession can achieve the
desired target in minimum efforts.

4: Additional knowledge base
I have taken part in several community services through which I have provided my
services to the needy. I often tend to provide my efforts for being social welfare activities by
which I can improve the quality of life of others and because of which I have to also closely
monitored several activities. At which I can provide my services for improving the living
standard of the people in that specific geographic area.
Having knowledge of social media activities is also another skill which I am having, I
often tend to invest a time slot of my daily routine to learn new skills through the internet. Due to
that increased use of internet I am having an efficient knowing of doing social activities. This is
important skill in the present time in which companies are increasing their engagement in the
social media activities by which they can reach to a wide range of customers in minimum
expenditures. Therefore, by using the efficient understanding about the social media activities I
can closely monitor the effectiveness of the online activities of the company.
Knowledge about different fields as well is another skill which I have. I achieved this
skill through the means of the internet and because of which is able to identify the different ways
by which the quality of work can be improvised. I often use this knowledge base in such a way
that I am able to achieve a high level of work productivity and with that I am able to integrate the
different knowledge base to improve the quality of current operation.
