This project details a 90-minute workshop designed to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to thrive in a globalized environment. The workshop covers key aspects of globalization, emotional and cultural intelligence, and diversity. It includes presentations, ice-breaking exercises, and interactive activities to enhance participants' understanding of interconnectedness, emotional awareness, and cultural sensitivity. The objectives are to enable participants to understand globalization, relate it to various factors, and connect their aspirations with global trends. The workshop also addresses potential barriers like communication gaps and cultural differences, offering solutions such as language interpreters and diverse cultural examples. The goal is to foster global citizenship and harness diverse human resources, linking globalization to emotional and cultural intelligence to break down stereotypes and promote inclusivity. The workshop aims to create a holistic understanding of the global scenario, focusing on the socio-cultural differences and the importance of emotional intelligence to navigate the challenges of a globalized world.

The workshop has aimed at those who are aspiring to be entrepreneur and flourish in
the global competitive environment. The end of the workshop would be able to infuse in the
participants the ideals of globalization and the factors that are crucial to its understanding.
The workshop would also try to mediate the conflict, if any arise in the course of the
communication and along with that receive feedback from the participants about the
effectiveness of the program and the impact that the outcome of the workshop might create
on the future endeavor of the participants.

This activity seeks to emphasize on the different aspect of the globalization and the impact
that it has created on the contemporary world. The aim of the workshop would be

participants can relate to it

This step need to indulge in a brief understanding of the participants with the issues of
globalization and how the factors of the globalization is leaded to the factors of cultural and
emotional intelligence and how such understanding is crucial in the understanding of the
diversity. The basic definition of the key terms can be explained to the students.
Globalization: It can be discussed from the perspective of a process whereby there is a sense
of interconnection between different entities in the global scenario. The process of
globalization is a dynamic one needs to discuss in this respect as they are taking from
continuous shifts that have taken place in the scenario.
Emotional intelligence: It refers to the ability of one to develop a holistic understanding of
the factors related to the emotion and allows the person concerned to decrease the factors of
stress and enhance effective communication. Such crucial understanding of the factores of
emotional intelligence allows one to enhance their communication with others.
Cultural intelligence: It hints at the ability of an individual to derive sense from the stuffs
that are unfamiliar to the context of the person and in turn discuss the aspects of motivation
and emotional and physical and cognitive
Diversity: It refers to the condition of being referred to be composed of the elements from
different sources. It emphasizes upon the accumulation of people from different cultures and
race.
Ice – breaking Exercise
In this exercise the participants can be asked to introduce themselves. They can asked
about their own perception of globalization, cultural and emotional intelligence and the
factors those are associated with it along with personal experience.

In this exercise they can be asked to write down one of their experience and discuss
how the factors of culture and emotions are involved with it technology, economics, political,
legal, culture, convergence and divergence, global citizen and identity and citizenship. This
can include a brief introduction of the individual history along with maps and timelines to
trace the changes.
Hand on exercise
This portion of the exercise can be an extensive one, as this stage would require the
participants to set a few future goals of theirs and discuss how they would utilize their
understanding of the differences in the future profile they indulge themselves in. This would
require the participants to put down their understanding of the several factors like the ones of
technology, economics, political, legal, culture, convergence and divergence, global citizen
and identity and citizenship. The response can then be utilized to analyze the competence of
the people to the issues involved in the situations around them.
Discussion and video tutorial
The response of the students can be utilized to carry forward to discussion and the
loopholes of their understanding can be communicated with them. The session need to
include a video tutorial that might involve animation and charts to communicate the concepts
and the necessary frameworks involved. In this section the students can be asked to reflect
upon their understanding towards the end of the program.
Summarize
The concluding section of the workshop can be used to sum up the aspects highlighted
in the course of the workshop. This section can also be utilized to derive the feedback from
the students regarding the workshop and the impact it created on the students.

Potential Barrier
The potential barrier that can come as an obstacle in the face of the workshop might
involve factors like communication gap and cultural differences. As the participant who
would join the workshop comes from different socio cultural background it is evident that
there would be differences in opinion of the participants in the course of interaction. The
view of one can be posed in struck opposition to the view of the other. As such there are high
chances of conflicts to take place.
However, the conflicts can be utilized by the facilitator in an effective way to enhance
the students understandings of the differences that has enhanced with the globalization and
the importance of emotional and cultural intelligence in order to combat to the differences in
an effective way. Thus, the conflicts would be beneficial for the facilitator to make the
workshop a productive and an efficient one.
Another barrier can arise from the incompetence of the participants to understand the
language of communication and the mode of interaction effectively. This might lead to
miscommunication and create a hindrance in effective execution of the workshop.
Diverse Activities
In order to cater to the people from different culture language interpreter can be
assigned to be a part of the workshop. Along with that the presentation, videos and the figures
used in animation can reflect the people from different culture. Examples from different
cultures can be hailed in order to enhance the understanding of the students and bring out its
effectiveness.

From the workshop, the creator of the workshop hopes to create a holistic
understanding of the students to the factors of globalization and discuss with effectiveness the
factors those came into the global scenario with the advent of globalization. The factors in
concern of the discussion would aim to enhancing the understanding of the participant to the
concept of global citizenship and how they are affected by the global economy, now that a
global, legal and political standards have been established. The workshop would also aim at
creating an understanding among the participants about the socio cultural differences that
came on its ways. The understanding of the differences is essential, as those would be the
first thing that the participants would encounter, as they would find them in the global
scenario, interacting with the diverse subjects.
The values of diversity and its importance in the global scenario should be mediated
to the participants and along with that, the importance of harnessing the diverse human
resource should be communicated to them. It would be crucial for the facilitator to link the
aspects of globalization with the attributes of cultural and the emotional intelligence. Such
comprehensive understanding would link their understanding of the diversity with the lessons
learnt. Through the usage of interactive communication method, it would allow facilitated
mediation of the concept, concern of the workshop. The workshop would try to break the
stereotypes associated with the cultural differences. In the contemporary scenario, culture and
race based discrimination can be considered to regressive. The usage of diverse factors would
be aiding facilitators to mediate the differences that might exist among the participants.
Rather with a positive impact of the conflicts can be utilized in order to develop a practical
understanding of the participants to the importance of catering to the differences in opinion
