INTRODUCTION
The career advancement is processed in which different set of skills and experiences is
getting advanced by making continuous development. It usually consist of personal attributes
that is improvised through repetitive learning. It induce collective improvisation within overall
personality as not only reflective skills but interpersonal skills also get enhanced in sustained
mode. I am also be more competent in terms of learning and along with this also looking forward
to emphasis working capabilities and its potential in constraint mode (Bozionelos, Lin and Lee,
2020). It helps me to make a positive jump in my career that is induced just after the completing
my post graduation. I have chosen travel and tourism company as in a marketing field. The
report below include analysis and applications, general trend in travel and tourism and skills that
knowledge that is appropriate while working in an organisation.

I have accomplished my MBA as in marketing field and along with this also pursue some
of internal trainings in form of internship. For this I have applied over in small companies of
London, UK. It helped me to make clear and depth knowledge about the practical aspects of
marketing. It is actually a basic and clear procedure through which various prospect about
marketing is detailed and I have learn so many formats of marketing in ordinate manner. In this
skills set, working potential and standards is emphasised so that I could easily represent myself
in front of marketplace (Guo, Wang and Wang, 2019). As after completing post graduation I
have started seeking for a job from different job portals such as naukari.com, Indeed.com, Youth
For Work etc. Thus I have working forward to specify my requirement and demand so that get
fitted in the vacant jobs with easiest manner.
From there I get to know about the job opportunity in Trafalgar travel as it is a business
which is run by family and an inspiration to the countless others. The company is offering 230
travel experiences at different locations as like New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America,
Australia and many others as well. An organisation is offering adequate amenities and luxuries
so as to stay at right place that attracts most of visitors. Due to the impact of globalisation a lot of
competition is faced by all the companies and to gain higher amount of profit it is essential to

offer quality services with continuity as while making appropriate innovation and creativity.
Trafalgar travel centrally located just next to shopping districts and attractive locations which is
also be closed to natural beauty's. The company always embrace employee working and treat
them with all the superiorities so that long term retention of employee is processed with
effectiveness or as by developing proficiency in workings. Thus I have more interest toward
travel and tourism as I have adequate skill set that collectively enhances working suitability of
mine. The company is also been looking forward to grab attention of freshers as they have more
zeal to handle visitors dealings.
I am always be more passionate about travelling and tourism that assist me to develop
new ideas to perform marketing so that higher amount of profit is attained with easiness (Maree,
2019). In terms of primary sources I have make direct interaction with the employee who is
having vast experience of working. On the other hand in terms of secondary sources I have
collected the census report that define the marketing stability and share of business. In this I get
to know that Trafalgar travel is in good condition and they have make repetitive modification in
its operations that is the biggest reason that they are able to make continuous success and
development over continuous period of time.
The skills/ knowledge and experience required
Marketing is usually a basic phenomenon that is performed by the business in order to
spread more awareness within the competitive marketplace so that long term sustainability and
success is attained with comfort and flexibility (Vondracek, Lerner and Schulenberg, 2019). In
this a potential customer's is attracted towards the business by which market attractiveness and
reach of customer's is enlarges in repetitive basis. The Trafalgar travel is offering a job position
of “content marketing coordinator” thus it is essential that an individual is having adequate
knowledge about editorials, creative content creation and social media usage. It is also be
required that individual must have better managerial skills and effective management of digital
platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. I am more suitable for this job as
I am quite social savvy and easily catches the social content that is more attractive in terms of
advertisement.
I am also be much good at crafting original copy that is used while managing various
channels such as email, web pages and blogs, social media that clearly defines the ability to
enhance profit through search engine optimisation (Meng and et. al., 2019). Trafalgar travel offer

a job position of marketing coordinator at where new ideas are generated to grow market share
so that active outcome is conceived with perfection. It is required that individual must also have
data driven capability under which overall act is insight in organised manner by which multiple
working is processed within suitable period of time that is furthermore as explained below as: Tech and social media skills: As a marketing coordinator, it is essential that an
individual is must aware about the effective usage of latest technology and social media
platforms. It consist of learning of about various websites such as Twitter, Instagram,
Facebook etc. So that paid ads and the way to enhance website traffic is acknowledged. Creativity skills: It is a skill that is most essential for a marketing coordinator as it
involve writing, graphic designing, art and other basis through which creation of clear
content is induced (Nalbantoglu Yilmaz and Cetin Gunduz, 2018). It assist to gather huge
stand or crowd for the business by which working potential is increases. SEO Skills: It is a skill that define search engine optimisation under which adequate
planning is addressed that is used to promote non-paid engines. In this successful drive is
measured and also provide adequate guidance to achieve moderate success over longer
period of time. Project management skills: It is required to be present within the content marketing
coordinator so that suitable coordination, communication, organisation and collaboration
is processed within the different team workers (Suutari and et. al., 2018). In this sufficient
and most appropriate decision-making is processed so that effective utilisation of
resources is processed while maintaining clarity.
Critical thinking skills: In support of this skill an individual is able to realise various
relative information by which suitable comprehensive study is addressed. In this problem
solving ability is resolved so that creative and innovative content is developed within
stipulated period of time.
Evaluation
I have completed my MBA in marketing field that assist me to process my career in
marketing field. Thus I have selected a travel and tourism organisation and make appropriate
changes or modification in my profile and updated it in different portfolio's. In this it is easy for
me and company both to make perfect match of skills as per requirement. It assist me to match
up with the job position of content marketing coordinator (Sampson and et. al., 2018). I have

huge interest towards enhancement of my skills and abilities so that long term success is
achieved in future time period. I have chose Trafalgar travel as it is in stable condition and due to
this having a profitable future ahead in terms of sales and profit advancement.
As in parallel to my graduation I have worked over small companies that enhances the
credibility of mine about marketing field (Spanjaard, Hall and Stegemann, 2018). I am having 4
year experience in creative content creator which is a beneficiary aspect over marketing field. It
is required to implement various ideas and thoughts that is based on creative thinking as it
resulted in measurable growth and development. I have experience of about Word-press by
which content creation is developed over continuous period of time and for this I have make
effective usage of Mojo and Canva. It is a tool that helps to make sustained social content by
linking with social media channels. In addition blog writing and publication of articles is
mandatory while inducing profitable aspects in moderate manner. I have strong critical thinking
skills under which problem solving and decision-making abilities is advanced systematically. I
am having effective interpersonal abilities under which magnificent changes is addressed as per
suitability of condition. It aid to gain better success within future period of time as by gaining
various benefits that also get reflect in personal and professional skills of mine. In this I have
easily secure higher success by managing adequate job position by which long term success and
growth is measured with continuity.
