Thus these techniques are fully available to the non-profit sectors. Similarly, the new MBA rules

the new MBA rule and regulations could only compete with MPA by imposing all the qualities
of MPA.
2.3: Future of MPA program beyond 2019:
Since the climate change and global warming are one of the biggest issues to deal with

Hence these issues could provide different implementation program and it is expected that the

productivity.
The job entails:
According to the bureau of labor statistics, the public administration could look to involve
jobs like analysis, expenditure, government draft, and all the other activities. However, the
process differs from state to state and hence people could provide the public administrator and
make real estate skills of investors that do not add on to the salary value. Apart from this many
graduates work for certain non-profit agencies and governments. Hence it is expected that the
student with a lot of communication approach can surely work as administrator however there
could be a lot of public administrator jobs available to this course. Therefore different
governmental job areas could also be easily considered through this aspect. Thus in a broader
sense, it can be said that the MPA could be running towards an effective and profitable course in

professionals who are willing to advance in their careers in the public sectors may wonder
how an MBA or MPA will be compared regarding any future aspects. Thus it is important to
compare among these two aspects and to witness whether new MBA rules and policies could
remove the likes of MPA (Lethoko,2014.).
For any professionals of non-profit seeking sectors, the MPA degree gives outlook in many
cases. The graduates with a public administration degree are needed to get guide over many ideas
especially something related to health care, the aging population, and renewable energy sources.
Thus most of the companies are currently been hiring MPA persons who could look after all the
issues related to this aspect. The same also includes cabinet officials and cabinet dignitaries.
Hence in response to the question held by kings' school of business, it can be seen that they are
offering the students the opportunity to get the MPA degrees via online. And after taking
admission in that course it helps the students to improve leading skills in various areas like
financial management, hospitality management, travel, and tourism management and many other
courses. On the other hand in the case of an MBA, there is not this much division. Thus it can be
concluded that this is the reason why the international students prefer MPA over MBA (Van der
Wal, and Oosterbaan 2013.).

Chapter 3: Research Methodology:
The study paper is concerned over only the primary and secondary research-based
questions. The different articles related to the comparative study on why the international
students choose to go for MPA over MBA despite both being used as a parameter of higher job
oriented postgraduate study. On the other hand, the primary data has been collected through
interaction and interviews (Ruiz-Cárcel et al.,2015.).
3.1: Research design:
The research design is a process where a researcher finds an opportunity to guide the
study towards the specific goals based on the research objective. Thus it helps to provide the
reference by reducing the targeted results and the entire process is performed by achieved goals.
Hence the research design has three parts namely explanatory research design, exploratory
research design, and descriptive research design. Furthermore, the research process describes the
cause-effect relationship by forecasting the all possible outcome of the ongoing process. Here for
the study, the descriptive research design has been implemented.
