Introduction
One of the essential aspect of a business is serving customers. In general, businesses may
achieve its goals by serving the customers (Torry 2017). However, there exists not serving
customers. Examples of not serving customers include religious faith and Lesbian, Gay,
Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Questioning (LGBTIQ).
Not Serving Customers
LGBTIQ is an acronym. The term came into effect in 1980s in place of the term gay. It is
basically an umbrella term related to gender identity and sexuality. On the other hand, religious
faith is a belief in God. There are various religious faith around the country as well as world. The
different types of religious faith includes Christians, Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, non-religious
and other religions. It distinguishes people from each other. It basically shows loyalty to a
particular religion or God (Stone 2016). Therefore, on the basis of different religious faith,
people are distinguished. Strong believe in one faith influence them to not follow any other
religion of the society. The role of religion is also strong in case of LGBTIQ. To ensure the equal
right of the LGBTIQ and different religious faiths several rules and legislation have been
implemented. The main objective is to serve the unserved section of the society. It is essential to
ensure equal right for the all section of the society.
Service plays a vital role in businesses as well as society. Sustainable development of an
organization and country is directly link with providing quality services. There is a necessity of
humanitarian activity around the world. In addition, it is also required in businesses. It helps to
protect the right of the not serving customers. These customers are essential part of the
businesses as well as society. Serving them is most important for the success of the businesses.

Religious faith varied on the basis of different religions (Pallotta-Chiarolli and Rajkhowa 2017).
The link between LGBTIQ and religion can vary across place and time. As there is different
forms of LGBTIQ people including transgender, homosexuality and bisexuality identity. Thus,
the link between LGBTIQ people and religion varies between and within varied sects and
religions. There was survey conducted in Australia in 2006. According to the result of the
survey, LGBTIQ people are more likely to belong from no religious affiliation in comparison
with the general population of Australia (Dwyer and Tomsen 2016). The number of LGBTIQ
people affiliated with the Christian denomination is much less. In addition, there exists a large
number of LGBTIQ people those who affiliated with the non-Christian religion. The distribution
of religion of general Australians were raised in, was same as the distribution of religion among
LGBTIQ people in Australia. Especially bisexual men had Christian religion and they were less
likely to change their religion. On the other hand, lesbians were more likely to leave the religion
they brought up with and be unaffiliated to any religion.
Conclusion
Therefore, the role of not serving customers are vital in businesses and society. There
should be a balance between all not serving customers of the society.
