I am a student in the University of East London and pursuing masters in MBA. I have
skill with evidence, strong management skills as well as the leadership skills through the
experience and B.Tech in the Mechanical Engineering. For the success of the business I am
interested to learn new technologies. I am seeking for Finance Costing Management, Product
Development internship opportunity.
Past employment
I joined the Sr. Design Engineer & Development of Electromechanical products and my
key responsibilities were to product design, Estimation and costing, developing or modifying the
existing product according to the customer’s requirement, designing of the components using the
CNC machines, press machines and casting techniques, scheduled development of the prototypes
for the design validation and the testing by planning the work and the allotment to the concerned;

I have done MBA in University of East London. I learn many things and also develop my
skills such as, team management skills, leadership skills, how to manage all activities in an
organisation. I had worked in Horizon Informatic Service Private Limited for 8.5 years of
experience in SrDesign Engineer & Development of Electromechanical products. In the

company I learn many things and get deep knowledge about electro mechanical design and
manufacturing process. Working in a company helps in developing new skills and also enhances
knowledge. in the organisation I build strong understanding of product development process,
manufacturing expertise and financial scoping of engineering programs (Jackson, Fleming and
Rowe, 2019). I also learn how to meet product requirement and international quality standards.
The company was good and I am glad that I had worked for 8.5 years with the organisation and it
help me in getting practical knowledge as well as many skills are developed which are useful. I
have done my internship from DKRIN LIMITED as a business analyst. I have successfully
completed in and having internship certificate.
It is beneficial for me working with company because I learn many things such as, product
costing and managing all the things in systematic way. My roles and responsibilities in company
was to make estimation and costing. I have done B.Tech in mechanical engineering and this
helps me in development of prototypes for testing and development of existing product
according to need of customers. My overall experience was good as I get many opportunities to
learn new things and my seniors were good and guide me at every step. Training was also given
to me so that I can improve my performance and it help me in learning things easily. I try to
solve problems by finding creative solutions, interact with many people and after sometime I
learn all things and it was interesting to do work. In every company there are many things that a
person can develop and it will help them in bosting their confidence. When working in an
organisation it helps in identifying strengths and weakness, how it can be improved and what are
the ways by which problem can be solved. It is essential for an individual person to enhance their
knowledge so that they will not face any problem in future.

are working according to the instructions given or make changes in plans if required.

not get adjust with existing people, environment of company is not good, employees are not
giving respect, not able to understand how to complete the work. When a project is given then
there are many issues which is faced by employees because they are not knowing how to do
work and may be training is not given to them. Workers have to find solution of problem and
should complete the given task on time. It is the responsibility of managers to distribute work
among employees on the basis of their specialisation and all should have right to speak and share

the important skill nowadays, which helps a person in getting good job opportunities in future.
Interpersonal skills and communication - Interpersonal skills and communication is essential
at the workplace because it helps in identifying behaviour of a person. It is essential for a person
to have good communication skill because it helps in influencing others and creates positive
impact. In Horizon informatic services I had developed this skill by interacting with more
people. My communication skills were good earlier but in the company I learn how to interact
with employees. It is essential that every employee should have good communication skill and it
will help in getting good opportunities in future (Servant-Miklos, 2019).
Innovation- Innovation is must for every company because it helps in making new products
according to need of customers. When new and innovative products are made by company then it
will help company in increasing their sales and good quality products can be made so that needs

be achieved. It is important for everyone to have some skills because in the organization it is
required and wages are decided on the basis of qualification and skills a person has. In my
college I have given an interview in which I was asked many questions and I have to solve that
from the point of view of managers. They ask me about how I can increase sales and make
changes in existing products. They also check my communication skills and problem solving
ability so that they can select best candidate for their company. It is important that a person
should have some skills so that they can answer questions and they will get good job
opportunities. It is essential that a person should develop skills and enhance their knowledge so

From the above discussion it can be concluded that, there are many skills which are required
at the workplace. When working in an organisation a person has to many challenges such as,
understanding behaviour of employees. Try to understand work so that an individual can
important that every employee should work in a systematic way so that goals and objectives can
be achieved. It is important for everyone to have some skills because in the organization it is
required and wages are decided on the basis of qualification and skills a person has. In my
college I have given an interview in which I was asked many questions and I have to solve that
from the point of view of managers. They ask me about how I can increase sales and make
changes in existing products. They also check my communication skills and problem solving
ability so that they can select best candidate for their company. It is important that a person
should have some skills so that they can answer questions and they will get good job
opportunities. It is essential that a person should develop skills and enhance their knowledge so
that they can get good jobs and it will be beneficial for them in achieving goals and objectives.
It is important that a person should have all skills and work efficiently so that they can
accomplish goals. It is essential for employees to have good communication skills because it
helps in building good image in front of seniors and also helps in creating positive environment
in the company. From that interview I learn that I should build confidence and develop skills
which are necessary at the workplace so that I can get good opportunity in future. After that, I
improve my communication skills by interacting with more people and this help me in building
confidence. I did not get nervous and work hard to improve my communication skills, this helps
me in future to get good job opportunities. I also develop my problem solving skills during my
college by interacting with my teachers and aksing them to give me situations which can arise in
a company. Then I try to find solutions from the point of view of managers and take decisions
which is best in that situation.
