Cause and failure of project
Every project needs to be start with a proper plan to achieve the goal. Project success
primarily depends upon the plans framed in the initial stage. Lack of planning or wrong
implementation of plans will results in failure of projects in the process. Clarity of duties should
be assigned to the people involved to achieve the goal. Projects success is the responsibility of
team member that are engaged in the process by completing their duties (Ewin and et.al., 2017).
Illiteracy in the process may cause failure as latest technologies are used in the projects so proper
training need to be provided to individual so that they can easily perform different function.
Resources and technological development plays a major role in the achievement of goal of the
projects (Suk and et.al., 2017). Projects needs to use resources effectively and efficiently so that
goals and objective of project can be achieved thus it can be stated that lack of resources will
leads to failure in the projects.
Project management is important because it studies the reasons for the success and failure
of the process undertaken by each member. On the basis of these reason management tries to
make assumption and bring various changes, improvement to make project a great success.
Project management have proper control over the function or process, decision making regarding
roles to be performed by particular individual for achievement of the goal (Dunmade and et.al.,
2018). Project Manager identifies various factors that help in maintaining quality of the products
that will satisfy the customer in the market. Thus it will results in maintaining high quality
services and a satisfied customer in the process and successful implementation of project. Project
manager ensures the discipline in using of resources to make most out of it so that it can be made
successful for growth and expansion of business (Davies and Brady, 2016). Project management
also work on bringing people together thus creates less chaos, confusion among individual to
make a successful project.
