Reflective Essay
Business is an area where the exchange of goods and services in terms of money. This report
provides the importance of management course and describing the past experience. Management
course helps in providing a large area of a job offer with high salary packages. It also helps in
identifying the skills required in a business management course. The past experiences and
interest evaluate the value of this course. The goal and aim have a clear vision is an important
thing.
According to me, a business can be defined as an investment and exchanging product or services
which can help in making or earning money. The basic requirement of business is the production
of goods and a sufficient number of customer. The range of business is very wide; it may expand
in a very large area. It helps to make the identity in the market (Bell,2018). Business is an area
where a number of people work together for achieving a common goal. It is a source where
association earns a profit for its services and goods it delivers to their customer. The uniqueness
of business is it can set short term goal for the target. It helps to become a great businessman in
the industry. In a successful business, it is very important to be a clear vision towards the aim. It
helps in developing skills throughout time. Always a business must prepare financially for future
investment (D’Alessio,2019).
Master of Business Administration is a professional course which develops my management
skills. I choose this course because I have an interest in this field and my qualification
background is also related to business management. I have prior knowledge of this course. I
already researched it on the internet, journals and personal experience of the individual who took
this course. Their experience motivates or inspires me. It provides me with better chances of high
salary package in my professional life. It is easy for being an entrepreneur in the future. It helps
me to enhance my large business communication network where it can help me to communicate
a huge number of professional mentors. This course helps me to get a better opportunity from
international standard business also (Kuechler, 2018). I have an interest in this area. I evaluate
my skills and measure that I am the right personality of this course or this management area.
Since my communication skills are effective and I am expert in problem-solving. In my past
experience, I read a number of case studies for improvement in understanding.

My teachers and mentor always help me for focusing towards these my quality. I can deal with
the pressure. My strategies for research and research are also good. In my opinion, my past
experience inspires me for this management area. During my academics, I realized that I will
pursue this course and while, I am doing well in my academic session. My teacher appreciates
me for my best efforts. I prepared myself by adopting good communication skills and
management skills in my academic session. I think Master and Business management helps me
to enhance my skills in the field of management and this will helps me grow in my personal and
professional field.
It is necessary for me to notice that the desired results of my course are met. For this, there are
various techniques that I could use. The first thing that I could do is to make sure that whatever I
learned in the lectures is applied directly to the outside world in some way. By doing this I could
see how the things I learned can be used in our lives. Another thing that I could do is to evaluate
how much I learn to how much of it is used.
Seeing that my outcomes are being met the next thing that I would do is to manage and control
my studies. To do this I would make a plan in which I would include both short-term and long-
term goals. The short-term goals can be either for the week or even daily. If these short-term
goals are achieved then they would encourage me to do better. If not then they would make me
realize that I may be lacking in specific areas. Another way would be to manage my time better.
By doing this I would be giving each one of my subjects a certain time frame which can help in
learning each one efficiently (Management Study Guide, 2019).
By learning this course I could really benefit for the future. I would easily manage to achieve my
goals and objectives for myself or for my team. Also, in this changing world, I could easily adapt
to any change that comes in my way. The business environment would be understood by me in a
better way than before from completing this course. The management of various subjects learned
in this course would help me to work more efficiently in the company and also manage my life
according to the work. There are different goals which are to be achieved regarding this course.
My first goal would be to resourcefully learn all of the subjects so that I could land my dream
job. If this is not done by me then doing the whole course would be a waste of time. Another
goal would be to see me as an entrepreneur for a small start-up. From this, I would like to see my

business grow in the local market and form this maybe one day become a large organisation that
has branches operating in the international market as well. My main goal would not be to earn
money but to develop leadership skills as an entrepreneur and take my organisation to new
heights.
It can be seen that from doing this Masters of Business Administration course I would achieve a
lot throughout both my personal and work life. This course would help in developing new skills
and gaining knowledge that would be helpful for the job that I would like to achieve. In
conclusion, doing this course would help me managing my life in a more efficient way as I
would plan each step of my life according to the issues or situations that I am facing.
