Introduction
Finnegan Construction stand out to be well-known residential firm developer which
focuses on building an apartment complex in the district of council. It aims to employ around 58
employee staff which merely arises from different trades and related profession. The point
should be noted that local market of the workers stand out to be very much competitive (Roos
2017). Finnegan has employed around 12 new kind of apprentices in the period of reporting.
This has been done as seventeen employees who have resigned from organization and has either
come up with new firm or joined the rival organization. To tackle this particular situation, the
organization has come up with increase in worker pay rates (Gilbert et al. 2019). In addition, it
has implemented a monthly roster for off day for retaining some of the existing staff members. A
complain has been logged against the operation of Finnegan’s operation to Australian
Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The case was against anticompetitive nature

As per the 201-2 financial implication report, a firm is expected to completely comply
with the information by using the figures that are audited from the financial statement. An
organization like Finnegan Construction can easily calculate the overall sales of net revenue and
extra revenue from different kind of financial investment and asset sales (Formentini and
Taticchi 2016). The complete sale can be calculated as per the gross product and service. A firm
can calculate the overall operating cost in the form of cash which is completely carried outside it.
Risk and opportunities in Finnegan Construction can be easily divided as physical and
regulatory. Some of the physical risks are inclusive of the impact of much frequent and intense
storms, changes in sea level and availability of water. These risks ultimately create huge impact
on the health which is inclusive of heat-related illness. In addition, its focus on risk and
opportunities that are inclusive of the availability of new technologies and service (Mahmood et

One of the Finnegan Constructions employee has put up complain regarding the state
corruption commission, which has ultimately resulted in complete public corruption. The
corruption required a scandal that requires five employees of Finnegan Constructions and even
two partners of organization (de Bakker, Rasche and Ponte 2019). The complaint ultimately
pushes the organization development application by making use of council approve process and
five employees. Finnegan Constructions needs to report on the provided information like

is all about legal action or any kind of complain which has been registered for the reporting firm
(Calabrese et al. 2019). There are certain instance for the non-compliance which has been
created through certain procedure. The created procedure helps in identifying certain instance

completely alleged the point that Finnegan to be completely become aware of the local builders
who are planning to develop competing organization. Finnegan construction has come up with a
proper development in the district of Stanwell which is based in this area. The regulation has cost
around 4 million dollars to Finnegan which needs to be tackle. The organization has focus on
external kind of planning so that it can easily tackle development of application and can even
