employee management, but on the other hand, the company is facing an issue that needs to be
identified. The issue is that the HR managers have not recruited the appropriate persons for
the work profile, which in turn had led to abolish the rate of productivity in the workplace.

ESF has framed its organizational culture in such a manner where employees have been
designated as the forerunner of the company. Due to this, the employees gain the significant
