In order to analyze any project at the initiation phase the project manager and the project
team members are require to chose suitable stakeholders for the project. A project time schedule
considering all the project activities are necessary to be designed and followed accordingly by
the project team members to successfully accomplish any project. This report nominates a
learning app development project by mind Inventory Company that may reduce the learning gaps
that are continuously facing by both the learners and teachers. It is expected that with the
successful implementation of the learning app the relationship between the learners and the
teachers will become stronger than the previous phases. System approach is nothing apart from
the basic problem solving method that will effectively help the company to define the problems
much clearly. It will also help to identify alternative solution for the identified problem. After
implementing and testing the solution, the viable mix solution can be prepared to effectively
resolve the traditional issues of education system and the learning approach.
