7. Personal reflection of the process
After engaging within the project, I have analyzed that the relocation of the family
from Queensland to Perth is done successfully so that the family can easily move to the new
house after vacating their old house. The adjustments as well as changes which are needed to
be include in the project schedule for meeting the goals and objectives of the project helps in
reflecting that the various changes that are mainly needed within the project schedule must be
handled effectively. It is found that the project team needs to use proper tools as well as
process for handling the changes by finishing the project on schedule. Moreover, the
information about team management that I have gained will help me in my future projects.
The experience that I have gained through the help of this project will be used my me in
handling similar types of project accurately. Moreover, it is found that proper assumptions
are generally made before the initiation of the project and as a result the team needs to
complete the project as per the assumption which is considered as one of the crucial points
for the project planners. It is very much necessary for the project team to get involved within
the project and uses proper assumptions that are needed for successfully completing the
project. Thus, I have analyzed that the entire skills and information that I have gained through
the help of this particular project will be helpful for me in the upcoming future such that I can
be able to handle the project quite effectively and will be able to execute the project within
the assumed deadline of the project.
