success in his career. In this report, the career development plan is done in the paper so that
the individual can understand what he needs to do, to become popular in the marketplace so
that he can gain the success in it (Holloway et al. 2014).
About Myself
With the help of the course, I can gather information regarding my strengths and skills
that are there in me. This will enable me to plan accordingly so that I can utilize them in an

my job and let me gain success if I can utilize the expertise in the right direction and in the

SEO/SEM, marketing, project management, analytical ability, event planning and
management.
These skills that I possess will enable me to change my career and assist me in
accomplishing the success in the market. I can change my profession as I possess strength in
the creative field as well as in the professional field, which is the main reason for me to
change my career and enable me to achieve the success in the process. These are important
for me to gain success in the marketplace and assist me in growing in my career. These are
the main reasons I can change my career from one job to the other, which will help me to
