Introduction
The aim of the project charter is to identify the impact and justifying the need of
executing the chosen project. The charter specifies the stakeholders, resources need and the
scheduling details of the project. The measurable organizational value linked with the project is

MBFSA Project Description
Lack of knowledge about which crops to grow in a particular season results in huge loses
of the farmers. In order to reduce the loss, Globex proposed an application which will provide
