the time and attention as required; each adult in the classroom are allotted with different duties
and responsibilities in order to create the activity in an organized manner. Parents also play a
very important role in student’s education, most importantly in the starting years. There are many

This stage starts with orientation and this stage has the highest risk and uncertainty. There is
always a leader who tell the team members what they have to do and what goal they have to
achieve whether it is an organization or a school and in this stage the members get to know
each other (Ingram, 2012)
Storming stage
This is one of the most important and critical stage of the team development. It is a stage where
there is conflict and competition on an individual level, the performance might reduce in this
stage cause unproductive activities takes place in this stage. Members in this stage may disagree
to the team goals. In this stage, the members are taught to overcome the problems and work
together

If the team passes the storming stage, in this stage, the conflicts are resolved and a unity among
the team emerges, in this the team understands their goal and try to solve their intrapersonal
differences. The tem performance increases during this stage. The team member learns to
