INTRODUCTION
A business project is a planned set of interrelated tasks to be executed over a fixed period
and within certain cost & other limitations. The manager of corporation is responsible to manage
the project so that predetermined goals and objectives can be achieve which support to the
growth of organisation. It develops to execute a business idea into reality so that business can
expand and grow. The main aim of this report is to analyse the impact of McDonald's business
operations on the local business environment. In this report, there are following topics are
covered such as: small scale research by applying quantitative & quantitative research methods,
analyse research & data using appropriate tools and technique and recommendations. Apart from
this it also discuss about value of undertaking the research to meet the stated objectives.

Small scale research is carried out to know to market demand, food habits, current trend,
taste and preference of consumers. To conduct a research is important for an organisation so that
it can develop its product on the basis of it and which is helpful to satisfy the demand of
consumers and business of company can grow and get success. There are two types of research
methods which are qualitative and quantitative. To conduct the research there are 20 respondents
has been taken. There are various restaurants has affected such as: The Ledbury, Sushi Testu,
The Golden Chippy etc.
Quantitative research method: This research method is useful to quantify the problem
by way of generating numerical data (Quantitative research. 2012). It can be apply by
McDonald's to quantify attitudes, behaviour, judgements & other defined variables. This method
uses measurable data to formulate facts & uncover patterns in research. It is more structured than
qualitative method of data collection. It involves mobile and online survey, direct interview,
online polls & systematic observations. Organisation can use this method to fulfil project aim &
objectives which is to analyse the impact of McDonald's business operations on the local

is the world's largest restaurant chain in the terms of revenue. The operations are spreads more
than 100 nations and it serves more than 69 million consumers in a day. The main aim of this
corporation is to satisfy the needs of consumers so that maximum number of consumers can
attract towards the company. As from the above research it has been analysed that different types
of origin source should be operated to assertion answerable & valuable data. The objective of the
research is to get clear & concise outcome form it so that insights can be develop which is
helpful to grow the business of firm (Dutta and Bose, 2015).
The management of local businesses should make the effective marketing strategies so
that its share in local market can increase and more number of consumers can attract towards the
corporation. To beat the competitors it is important to conduct market research in order to satisfy
the desires of consumers. The manager is responsible to set quality standards and give
instructions to the employees to follow it so that quality products can be produce. It have to
emphasis towards delivery and it should be fast so that persons does not have to wait for their
orders. These all strategies and plan are helpful for the organisation to grow its business and
achieve its predetermined goals and objectives. McDonald's is multinational company and its
business operations are spread to a wider area so it is important for the enterprise to make the
products as per the specific needs of people who lives in different countries (Fageha and Aibinu,

P 7 Reflective statement
Management & authorities have pass by different problems in a range of insights while
directing assessment. Due to the limited time, there are 20 respondents has been selected by me.
To manage the task is not easy for me because it requires experience and well as knowledge and
skills but I tried my best to conduct the project successfully and I put maximum efforts to
complete the task as per stipulated time period. As from the questionnaire method I have chosen
survey procedure in which 7 questions has framed and 20 respondents has been selected. To
gather the information I read articles, books and newspaper, online websites. As there are various
problems which are faced by me while conducting the research in order to gather data. I have
complete the work as per the requirement of time because management is my strength. I am
satisfy with my performance and analytical & observation skill has been developed which is
helpful for my future.
CONCLUSION
As from the above report, it has been concluded that to manage the business project is
important for the organisation and which is helpful to achieve the targets which are set by
