backbone of the company because they perform their job to make more profits. For attain better
goals, company set their aim and objectives in order to develop their effective process. In this
various methods of recruitment and selection used by the firm to hire best candidates. With the
help of this company easily improve their performance level as compare to its rivals. In this
human resource department help to the enterprise to select the best and capable candidate to get
positive success at market place (Evans and Noriega, 2011). Present report is based on
McDonald's which is dominant brand and also having largest growth in fast food industry. They
operate their business in various countries. With the helps in present study, human resource
department analysed that how to recruit and select trained employees within their business
activities. For this, the researcher used various tools and methods so that they easily conduct
effective research. Along with this, by using primary and secondary sources they easily collected
effective and appropriate data.
Aims and objectives
