INTRODUCTION
Human resource Management is one of the best practice of managing the individual people to
achieve their better performance. But this report is mainly focused on the HRM policy that helps
for increasing the overall business profitable rate in global marketplace (Collins, 2021
Akingbola, 2020). Company culture as it will be happier, stay longer and be more productive
than individual people. This report will be conducting the primary research with the help of
qualitative as well as quantitative method. Afterwards, it will perform data interpretation in order
to find accurate result or outcome.
Conduct a Primary research
Primary research is all about the important concept that needs to be used by individuals
or organization. In order to gather or collect feedback directly from target markets instead of
relying on existing data or information. Primary research is mainly provide brief idea for
organization and then control over research process (Mohapatra and Samaddar, 2020). As a
result, it is finding the specific objective. In this primary research, it is mainly consideration of
two important methods such as Interviews of qualitative analysis and questionnaires of
quantitative analysis.
Qualitative analysis refers to the determination of non-numerical information or data

Manager-1 He was said that working in human resources which become consider as most
important aspect in term of overall business growth and development. Working in HR is not easy
to handle the all essential business needs, employee and consumer expectations. But it is
becoming great opportunity to establish a good relationship with team members and also identify
their performance in business growth and development.
Manager-2 He was said that it is one of the important complex task to do work with different
individual people. According to personal opinion, it might have a great profession and part as
human resources where offering a chance to help individual people, provides a strong
opportunity for growth. It is possibly even learn a new things and improve performance.
Sometimes, it is very difficult to handle complex situation of staff members because of their
effective strategies and approaches.

procedures?
Manager-1:- he was said that there are different kind of threat and opportunities within business
but it would be handled by HRM policies. Usually, it has been identified the workplace culture
and environment which influencing staff members. Sometimes, it has been increased conflict
among staff members in regards of salary, discrimination etc. So as this kind of threat will be
handled by HRM policy in workplace.
On the other hand, the opportunity of business which depend upon the HRM policy
where implementing suitable policy such as equal treatment, leave policy and other kind of

implement “Human right Act 1998” sets out all fundamental rights, freedom that everyone use
them in the workplace. Through this way, Human resources provide the equal right for staff
members so that they can do their tasks in proper manner. Human rights encompass a large array
of employees from right to its decent work. This is completely associated with equal opportunity
and protection against discrimination. In this way, it is important to consider a proper legislation
or human rights in workplace include health & safety, privacy or security at work etc.

consider as important part of organization. So as company will implement a proper rule or
regulation in order to create or develop a friendly environment. Because there are lot of issue or
