INTRODUCTION
Managing a project is a very important part of the business management as it includes
many activities such as planning a strategy, managing human resource; use a combination
of the process in order to complete a task etc. for achieving business aims and objectives
(Baland et al., 2018). The project manager is responsible make the project success by
his/her effective planning, controlling of the activities and process, maintain coordination
between resources etc. the learner is working in a business consultancy firm as a trainee
business consultant and hired by one of its clients that wants to open a restaurant in Peru
for which clients asked the consultancy company to find out the impact of McDonald’s
activities influence the business activity of the client.
McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant founded in 1940 by Richard and Maurice McDonald in
San Bernardino, California. McDonald's is a very popular fast food restaurant chain which
covers the market of the entire world as it has 37,855 restaurants in different locations of
the world. The company has a strong human resource base as it has over 210,000
employees work for the McDonald's.

It is very important that the project manager understand the task given to him/her as the
whole project and its success is based on the effectiveness of the leadership and
management of the project manager. It is also important to create a good objective for the
research as an objective to create the starting point of the research and guides it. The
ultimate aim of the research is to understand how McDonald's effect the business
environment of the Peru country (Baland et al., 2018). Along with it, the research also aims
to identify how McDonald's impacts the business activity of new local restaurant business
in Peru which customers aim to open in the region. Following are the objectives of the
research project:

control plan that project manager aims to use in order to maintain high quality in the

research as well as helps the project manager to identify the impact of McDonald's on local
business (Mandrioli et al., 2016). The project manager takes interview of around 20
participants in which 15 participants are general public of the Peru country and 5 were
local restaurant business owners that provides actual situation about the research topic.
