Here by it has been concluded that Understanding the activities of the firm and leading
the overall changes will be helpful in order to run the business activities in the most appropriate
manner. In this present report there are two kinds of the organization such are as McDonald and
Subway. This kind of the factor are helpful in relation to grow the activities of the business in the
large manner. The technology is very helpful in relation to bring the innovation process so that
firm is able to enlarging the high amount of the profitability with the long term sustainability in
the market. There are the various kinds of the leadership approaches are take which will be
helpful in order to enhance the growth of the business enterprise. By taking the various kind of
the changes in the firm the organization is able to leading the plan and policies effectively. The
main aim of this kind of the organization is to understand the over policies and changes is need
to be taken in order to create the effective growth.
