After analyzing McDonald's Business Scenery, it was found that there are many key factors
present in the organization that prevent this organization from functioning.
 Business Strategy.
 McDonald's Organization Business Process Analysis showed that this organization wants
every franchise of it’s to follow similar strategies and consistency.
 Initial the Organization started with a very small menu that included two burger, fries,
drinks and this was completely an original concept.
 McDonald's is the first and best fast food chain in America.
 Customer Satisfaction and Better Service Time is the primary mission of the McDonald's

 Since 2007, McDonald's menu cards have shown 70% growth.
 After analyzing the business process of McDonald’s it is found that self-service introduced
by McDonald's is not so successful that it can improve their business growth.
 Maybe McDonald's self-service is not as good, but while considering the business strategy
of McDonald's, customers can now customize their dishes, and that is very important to this
company because one of values of this company is customer satisfaction.

 McDonald's Working Process Analysis shows that the management of McDonald’s has
shown significant negligence towards the process of work flow management.
 Since McDonald's management team has not been able to make the process effectively,
this organization has faced significant limitations like Bottleneck (Blench 2016).
 Being one of the largest American food supply chains, this organization wants them to be
able to satisfy their customer very well and for them every second is very important.

Causes & Considerations:
Followed by the above analysis it is noticed that one of the primary limitations present
in the organizational scenario is caused be bottlenecking. While analysing this concern it is
observed that the bottlenecking is nothing but a point in which the production system of an
organization gets disrupted due to congestion (Bremner & Eisenhardt 2019).
In the operational activities of McDonald it is very much prominent that the
management of the nominated organization has primarily intended to speed up their
productions with the purpose to satisfy their customers. However, due to the sudden increment
of workflow the organization has faced congestion in their production process which has
majorly impacted their productivity cost as well as the speed of their productivity services
(Gundogar, Sari & Kokcam 2016).

According to the theory of constrains, bottlenecking is such types of limitations that
restricts the resources of the organization which directly impacts the organizational operations
to enhance their production and make money. Followed by these considerations is can be
stated that due to the occurrence of bottleneck the organization has faced several limitations
such as increment of productivity cost and slow production rate (Lee-Post 2019).

In order to solve these problems it will be very effective to restructure the goal of the
organization. Along with this is will be also very effective to educate the staffs present in the
organization about the approached business structure. Communication with all of the
franchises of McDonald will help to improve their business growth. Apart from the above
mentioned aspect it is noticed that restricting the staff management for the company will help
