most of the leaders have adopted such as autocratic leadership, bureaucratic leadership,
democratic leadership, laissez-fair leadership and many more.
In the following part, there will be a detailed analysis of the leadership style of Jim white and
the manner he leads its team to achieve its targeted goal.
