project focus upon globalised trading. The current project is performed considering Alexander
McQueen, it is one of the common fashion brand of UK with headquarter in London. The McQ
manufacture promotes and distributes fashion accessories and ready-to-wear apparel designed by
Lee Alexander McQueen for both men and women. In the current report, the organisation is
planning for business expansion by creating and marketing of a brand-new summer shoe in
London fashion week. The project report is for completion of designing and completion of the
product before its estimated time and budget.

Title: The current project is regarding producing and launching of a brand-new summer shoe by
Alexander McQueen at London fashion week to be held on16th -20th February, 2019.
Statement: Project report determines the impacts related to launching a new product like
summer shoe in the present competitive market. Alexander McQueen or McQ is very popular
British fashion brand and effective project planning for launching new product will be effective
in attracting and product exposure to more buyers and resellers around the globe increasing the
customer base and brand image.
Rationale: Project management plan is regarding impact of the new product in the current
competitive market. The project will offer the organization a clear understanding regarding the
product success and market demand for the new product “summer shoe” internationally. The
report discusses about new strategies and opportunities gained by the organization through the
business process.
Project Aim: The aim of the project is planning and developing a new product brand for summer
shoes and launching it in London fashion week through an effective the marketing plan for
getting business exposure in international level (Armstrong, et al 2015).

To focus on business operations of McQ for product development and launching.
To launch a new product and brand in the current competitive market.

Scope: The project scope for the current project can be divided into two parts:

Marketing scope: It states about the efficiency of the organization for attracting the
customers and sponsors through new products.
Cost: The estimated budget for the current project is about £52000. For the current project of the
producing and launching along with marketing of the brand new summer has fixed as well as

project manager has a very limited time for developing the product. According to the project plan

the current project that covers every necessary stages that is required for project completion
along with collecting various reliable and precise information for conducting research. The
project activities also include creating of Gantt chart along with Work breakdown structure to
define various sub-activities and for proper distribution of time for each activity to be performed
for a successful project (Binder, 2016). The overall project has three milestones indicated as M1,
M2 and M3. The first milestone of the project covers various project activities and requirements
for project planning. The second milestone includes project activities till the phase of project
