INTRODUCTION
I John Smith living in Hampshire since last 10 years. I have always having interest in
doing engineering in mechanics. I wanted to have opportunity to learn study this course in a
reputed University so that I can become a mechanical engineer. I belong to a middle class
income family. There are 4 people in my family.
I have done my schooling from Aldworth School and got 9.0 grade in 12th. I am a quick
learner and can easily grasp things. I am highly passionate about playing football and
working in NGO. Moreover, I am having a work experience of 1 year in NGO and know
how to contribute towards society. Besides, I have worked in GCSE 6 months and used
CAD to design process. I am curious about use of machine and how it can be applied in
improving process. So, due to that I developed interest of going for mechanics. So, I believe
that this subject will benefit me in my professional growth in my career. The use of CAD
has pushed me to become an engineer. I think that this is my best area in engineering field. I
possess various skills as well. I am able to easily get interact with other people. Furthermore,
I can solve problem and take effective decision. I possess skills such as critical thinking as
well by which I am able to create effective design in CAD. My computing skills is strong as
well.
Currently, I am working in a small firm as CAD designer. My role is to prepare various
plans and design of project for clients as per their needs. I use different software and
applications for it. So, use of CAD will highly help me in my studies. This is because I know
what are software used in, to make designs, etc. for building. So, as I am having experience
it will be easy for me to learn about subjects. I will get in depth knowledge about
mechanical engineering. Thus, in future I will get a high paid job so my needs will be
fulfilled.
I want to go to university because it will help me to become engineer. I will be having
theoretical knowledge as well of different tools, software, etc. So, I can apply knowledge in
my future. I choose this University because it is a well reputed University. Along with it, the
University comes in under 10th rank. My goal is to become a good engineer and get placed in
MNC. Therefore, due to this I am applying for this University. The studies will add my
experience and I will be able to attain my goal. I can get theoretical knowledge only in
University.

I think that as I am having experience of working in CAD and I possess knowledge about
mechanics. Also, I am highly capable to learn and gain knowledge. Thus, this aspire me to
get admission in University.
