I think you should complete the above in terms of thinking about what you learned this
time and how you would approach teamwork differently next time.
This task has enabled me to realize that I truly enjoy teamwork. Apart from enhancing my
expression abilities, I have also been receiving positive feedbacks from peers commending my
idea generation aptitudes and flow of new concepts and thoughts. Through consulting other team
members we were able to expand our ideas and hence come up with more comprehensive
conclusions. However, in the future I expect to polish my communication skills with team
members via social media platforms and other communication-supporting platforms. I will
purpose to chat with them through online platforms since waiting for their comeback might cut
off our communication. Besides, it is almost unlikely that we shall have another chance to sit
together and discuss various aspects of the task. Therefore, by creating a Facebook group it will
be more convenient for us all because apart from communicating, we shall be able to keep track
of what everyone is doing and how they are approaching their assigned workload. Over the time
we have been handling this assignment as a group, I have learnt that in case of a disagreement
between members, it is worthwhile to involve everybody in the process of resolving the
disagreement. In so doing, everybody will feel like he/she is part and parcel of a team and that
his/her contributions are paramount in the progress of the teamwork. In future group works, I
will advise all team members on the importance of having a group leader. In simple terms, a
leader in a group plays a key role in ensuring every bit of the assignment is done and done in a
perfect manner. He makes sure every member is allocated a certain section of the assignment and
that the task is completed duly and within the stipulated deadline.

your degree and how you can use them to help get a job when you’ve finished.
In the course of my degree program, I have enhanced my communication skills. I hope that these
skills will improve my chances of securing my dream job and thereafter help me associate well
with every stakeholder in the organization. What is more, my persuasion capabilities were
cultivated by the series of persuasive activities which I took in my course. I am now able to
tactically persuade people to agree with my opinions and needless to say, this new skill will be
very valuable in my future place of work. The set of skills which I have gathered through various
research activities will also enable me land on a promising occupation. Class presentations, for
instance will aid me in future since they have equipped me with exceptional confidence and
enthusiasm to speak in public. These skills will help address my job colleagues professionally
and put my ideas across with much ease. Candidly, I need to acknowledge that this year has been
one of the most stressful years in my life due to the many appalling experiences I went through
outside the university to an extent of affecting my academic performance negatively. However,
the process has been helpful to me since I have come out better, more resilient and dedicated
professional. With the great deal of resiliency and dedication that I possess, I am now certain that
I will secure a splendid occupation where I will work to achieve my personal objectives and
those of my employer. I also do not expect my job life to be easy but my resilience nature will
keep me going despite the ups and downs.
