The media have huge role for reflecting information as it has both negative and positive
impact of information related to health and social care. If information is not presented in
appropriate aspect, then it might give negative impact on behaviours and attitude of people.
However, if negative information is articulated in positive method which is not beneficial. In the
present scenario, digitalisation is moving forward and helps for resolving various issues related
to health and safety. The sources for disseminating are:
Publishing findings of project in statewide publications and national journals. The briefs
of policy and program has been published. In the similar aspect, presentation at national
meetings and conferences of different professional associations. The outcome of program are
shown to groups of local community and stakeholders as well. Creation and distribution of
different program materials like guides, DVDs, guides and pamphlets for spreading awareness
about diabetes (Methods of dissemination, 2018).
Further, sharing information via social media and website of business entity. The finding
would be summarized in different report of progress for funders. In the same series, information
about diabetes with its precautions in local newspapers. Most common source is local radio as
there will be discussion about different activities of project and press release must be issued. The
health promotion events must be hosted at school functions and health fairs. There must be
selection of various audience such as hospital associations, community groups, schools, health
care providers along with federal agencies.

disseminating transparent and trustable information. It promotes healthier behaviour as their

reach as it has huge credibility and acceptance by numerous audience about information which is
carried from mass media. With context of health and social care, knowledge of people with their
attitude, behaviours are highly influenced through media (How social media can impact
