Data skill portfolio is one of the most important as well as essential aspect as it is related
with handling data in an appropriate manner that will result in improving and increasing the
value of the firm in the market as well as in the industry in which it is operating (Bataineh and
Obeiah, 2016). NW Kent group is a very reputed firm that is operating in the market since a
pretty long time and thus has captured a larger share in the industry due to this. In this report
there is a brief discussion about the medical centres that are located in different regions that is
Sycamore, Broadleaf, and Kirkwood. Apart from this the report also covers four different
partners that are Dr Chloe Jackson, Dr Michelle Francis, Dr Stephen Greaves, and Dr James

Best practices in survey that has been done above
From the above it can be analysed as well as evaluated that the best practise is done by
Kirkwood medical centre as it provides wide range of products and services to its customers and
also gives after service in an effective and efficient manner. It also enjoys a good customer base
that it has made by its sheer hard work and dedication towards serving the patients that are
admitted in the medical centre. Apart from that the rest two medical centres that are Broadleaf
and Sycamore medical centres did not perform as per expectations and satisfaction level of
customers in these centres are 86 percent and 11 percent respectively. Further it can be evaluated
that Sycamore medical centre performed horribly in all the aspects and it is very difficult for it to
survive in the industry for a longer period of time (Gámiz-Sánchez, Gutiérrez-Santiuste and
Hinojosa-Pareja, 2019).
Worst service in the survey
Kirkwood medical centre- From the above it can be analysed that it is not performing as
per its standards as it provides worst services in some of the areas that are most commonly uses
by each and every one that is lounge and toilets. As it is very important to maintain hygiene of
patients so that it can enable them to recover quickly from the illness as the number of
dissatisfied customers are 88 percent of the total.
Broadleaf medical centre- As it can be identified from the above the centre is
performing its worst in prescriptions that are given to the customers. It repeats many of its
prescriptions and mostly not given on time rather and the dissatisfaction level of customers in
this aspect was 93 percent.
Sycamore medical centre- From the above analysis and evaluation it is determined that
the centre is performing its worst in providing facilities that are related with diagnostic of
patients at different levels. The satisfied customers only form 11 percent of the total which is
very less and it has to apply certain measures to overcome these problems.

Detailed identification and evaluation of the things that are generating problems
Kirkwood medical centre- The main problem in this medical centre is the attitude of the
staff that is working in it as dissatisfied people form a greater part as complaints in this sector is
13 percent, 16 percent, and 19 percent in communication, public transport, and customer service
respectively (Lam, 2018).
Broadleaf medical centre- The three problems that are most challenges for this medical
centre is appointments availability, telephone bookings, and reception privacy as dissatisfied
persons in these aspects are 26 percent, 15 percent, and 14 percent respectively and these have to
be solved as soon as possible because it is impacting its performance too.
Sycamore medical centre- The main three problems of this centre are communication

dissatisfied customers in these aspects are 13 percent, 15 percent, and 14 percent respectively
and there is an immediate need to solve these issues and that too in an appropriate manner (Mat
Som, 2016).
Evaluation of best medical centre and its justification
As it can be seen from the above that best medical centre is Sycamore medical centre as
the satisfaction level of the customers are pretty much high in this centre as the best three
practices that is done in that centre is parking facility, diagnostic facilities, and communicational
receptionists. The rest two of the medical centres must make necessary as well as appropriate
changes in their operations so as to sustain in the market for a longer period of time.
Recommendations for the owners of medical centres
It is recommended from the above that the owners must take care of each and every
requirement and need of the patients and must try to fulfil them in order to gain growth.
Owners of the medical centres are recommended that they must put their attention and
focus on improving the quality of the products and services that it provides to its patients.
Challenges and limitations in the data volume
One of the main challenges in it is the time that is required in collection of data and
maintaining its quality as these two posses a lot of importance for each and every firm that is
operating in the market irrespective of the industry in which it is operating (Sjøholt, Bjørkhaug
and Ersvær, 2019).
CONCLUSION
From the above it can be concluded that all the three medical centres are performing good
but Sycamore medical centre is doing a commendable job as the level of customer satisfaction in
this centre is very much high as compared to rest of the two.
