INTRODUCTION
Data analysis is the process of collecting and analysing the information which is sourced
from various resources. It is very important for the researchers to make sure that they are able to
analyse the information properly (Killen, 2017). Present report is based upon data analysis of
medical centres that are Kirkwood, Sycamore and Broad leaf. This assignment will focus on
different topics such as best and worst areas etc.

The information which was collected for the survey of different medical centres has
facilitated to determine that the best practice was diagnostic facilities of one of the centres. It was
Kirkwood Medical Centre. There are various types of services that are offered by it under this
facility. These are MRI, CT and ECG scan and phlebotomy. The satisfaction level of customers

which are Broadleaf and Sycamore are required to make improvement in this facility. The
percentage of them for satisfaction of this service is 86% and 11%. They can make improvement
by paying attention towards the quality of the facilities (Li, 2020).

to them.
It is suggested to the owners to be focused with proper interaction with the patients as it
can help to determine actual requirements of them so that care could be provided to them
accordingly.
Analysis of limitations of data volume and collection
The main challenge which could be faced while collecting information is improper details
shared by the respondents. Due to this, decision making may get affected because when the
information will not be accurate then it may result in formulation of ineffective decisions. It will

also affect the attainment of all the desired goals that are formulated previously (Yao, Zheng and
Bai, 2015).
