Introduction
The practice of nursing can be considered as one of the areas, which consisting of
different forms of approach and challenge areas. It can be stated that the role of nurses in a
particular team environment, which is important as it, is directly linked to the factor of
providing care for the people (Alligood, 2017). Evidence based care for the people can be
considered as one of the main area of focus.
The main role of the essay is to provide an overview of my personal professional
practices and the role in a team. On the other hand, the focus area would be prevailing in the
sector of academic and clinical learning experience, which I have undergone in the sector.
Discussion
Overview of the concept
According to me, the main feature, which is linked to the factor of nursing in both
professional and science, which can be stated to be linked to practices and theory (Berman,
Snyder & Frandsen, 2016)? Clinical training can be considered as an important component,
which can be direct linked to the factor of nursing education. The clinical learning takes place
in the context of the complex environment of clinical learning. In the classroom, according to
me, the control is in the hand of the facilitators whereas in the clinical setting it can be stated
that the control is in the hand of the nurses themselves where learning and teaching are
directly modified according to the situation and the real-life manner of engagement. One of
the main factors, which play an important role in the context, is the safety of the patients into
which the area of care would be implemented (Chadwick & Gallagher, 2016). The
involvement of clinical practices in the context should be done according to the requirement
of the patient and on the other hand, delivery of standard treatment is very much crucial. The
factor of clinical experiences prepares nurse students to be capable of knowing as well as
doing the clinical principles in the practice (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). The critical thinking of
the nurses in every life situation is judged according to which the treatment is given to the
patients.

Role in the team
The nursing activity in which I have majorly involved can be considered very much a
team activity. This is mainly due to the factor that the nurses take care of the situation of the
complex problem by means of team activity. Hence, team activity can be considered one of
the front-runners in this professional area (Chism, 2017). In team activity, one of the most
important factors, which plays a very important role, is the factor communication. The
communication area, which is prevailing between the different nurse activities, should be
enhanced (Dang & Dearholt, 2017). Furthermore, it can be noted that communication is a
two-way process, which should be from the end of the nursing individual and the patients
because it would be directly helping in the sector of management of all the activity of the
nursing in a proper manner. This would be directly reflecting on the factor of success and it
can be stated that it can directly help in the overcoming of different situation quite easily.
One of the example, which can be stated in the context, is linked to the need and
demand of the patients. The patients in the context of delivering a better area of treatment
should be given appropriate care, which includes different element (Ellis, 2019). This need
should be communicated between the nurses so that optimal result can be obtained. In my
activity area, I always tend to communicate to the patients so that I can directly gather the
requirement of the patients in a proper manner so that there is no problem seen in the context
of involvement. In this area, the main role, which I took, is the documentation area (Grove,
Gray & Faan, 2019). This is very much important due to the factor that it helps in the area of
management and treatment is given to the patients in a proper manner. Information gathering
according to me is very much important in the area of planning of the treatment of the
patients. In this area according to me, the patients also have to be helpful in giving the correct
information to the nurses so that they can align the requirement and the patients with the care
area, which would be helping them to resolve the problem area (Holly, Salmond & Saimbert,
2016).
Awareness of strength and development of needs

One of the main areas, which can be stated in the area of strength, is the factor of
empathy and compassion. According to me, in the delivering area of proper care nurses
involves different physiological and physical issue. In this context, it can be stated that
patients may display different forms of emotion, which are linked to the factor of anxiety,
fear, resentment, depression, and anger (Johansen & O'brien, 2016). The interaction area in
such cases can be considered very much important which can help in the area of treatment. In
my case, I personally take time to hear from the patients about the different problem areas,
which are encountered in their life. This helps me to gain a proper overview of the need areas
of the patients accordingly; I plan the treatment area, which would be beneficial for them.
Another strength which I can say which is linked to my professional area as a nurse is
the sector of reliability and flexibility (Keyko et al., 2016). According to me, the development
of need can be a term that can be linked to the area of flexibility and reliability, which is
considered to be directly linked with each other, and they tend to go hand in hand. In most of
the cases, it can be seen that patients’ needs change on a daily basis and it should be the duty
of the nurses to take care of the situation in a proper manner. The supervising area, which is
linked to the sector, can be one of the main parts, which should be focused on nursing activity
(McCormick & Saba, 2015). This would be helping the delivery of proper manner in an
appropriate manner, which would be sustainable. I have seen that flexibility can be one of the
factors, which the nurse always has to take care of. This is mainly due to the factor that
overtime and working on a day off can be part of life, which they have to directly adjust.
According to me, can say that being a professional nurse, these types of activity can be
considered to be directly linked to the nurse's activity and each of the nursing professional
has to take care of it in a proper manner (Moran, Burson & Conrad, 2016).
Key learning area
One of the key learning area, which plays a very important role in the context, is
linked to the factor of how the need and demand of the patients would be undertaken from the
end of the nurses (Odell, 2015). The key concept, which can be stated here, is linked to the
factor of the role of the supervisor in the area. The supervisor, which I have reported, always

tends to be very much open-minded, friendly and willing to adjust in most of the situation
(Porter-O'Grady & Malloch, 2015). This area of working can be considered an important
part, which directly helps in the process of learning in a proper manner. There is a different
area of focus which should be given from the end of the nursing profession. Meeting new
challenge areas and resolving the problem in a proper tie framework can be one of the areas
of challenge for most of the nursing activity. Proper planning can be one of the
implementation areas, which should be implemented here, which would be directly helping in
the resolving factor of the problem (Smith & Parker, 2015).
One of the main phobia, which was included in my carrier in the field of nursing, was
the injecting patients. According to me, it was one of the concepts, which can be stated to be
very much important due to the factor that I always thought that I would be wrong on the
process, and the patient would be dying (Townsend & Morgan, 2017). This can be considered
as a very much important area, which is linked to the factor of nursing activity. My
supervisor in the context helped me a lot and gave me confidence in the field, which helps me
to overcome the phobia. This can be stated as one of the phobias which most of the nursing
candidate encounter. There are different forms of phobia, which can be stated here which
plays an active role in the context and according to me learning and developing a sense of
confidence can be one of the factors, which can help in the mitigation of the problem. The
level of interaction should be enhanced which directly comes from the engagement factor of
the learning and in most of the cases, it can be stated that nursing activity increases
functionality and appropriates with the factor of learning is applied in a proper manner.
Working according to the requirement of the patient should be focused in most of the
situation due to the factor that if proper care were not intended to form the end of the nursing
care and proper recovery of the problem, which is faced from the patient, would not be done.
In this area, even the concept of care is very much important which should be given most of
the priority.

The life of a nurse is very much critical. This is mainly due to the factor that handling
the different situation on a daily basis can be considered to be a part of the normal life
situation. Handling the situation in a proper manner can be considered as one of the activities,
which the nurses should be directly taking care of. The nurses should be very much caring in
most of the cases (Urden et al., 2017). The management area, which is linked to the practice
of nursing, should be given upmost importance. According to most of the researchers, it can
be stated that if proper care is given to the patients in a proper time framework. Patients
should be given care according to the requirement and the proper working environment,
which is linked to the working area, is one of the critical action plan, which should be
implemented form the end of the nurses (White et al., 2016).
The main action, which can be stated here is evidence, based practice. This is mainly
due to the reason that in the care sector for the patients there are different theory and practical
skills, which should be involved. This application area can should be implemented according
to the need of the patient (Alligood, 2017). Hence, gathering of the knowledge in the different
sphere of involvement it can be stated training is very much important. Application of skills
in proper area is one of the important factor, which should be focused.
Conclusion
The essay directly focused on my personal experience as a nursing candidate. The
statements, which are provided above, are very much authenticated due to the factor that each
of the areas, which are covered in the context, is explained form myself and each of the areas
play a very important role. The profession of nursing can be noted to be one of the areas
which is considered to be very much ethical due to the factor that if ethics is not included in
the sector of practice it can directly alter the success factor which is linked to the different
activity. Being a Nobel profession the responsibility that is linked to each of the activity of
the nursing profession can be considered very much important.
