INTRODUCTION
The laws relevant with the medicine and the medical treatment awarded to the patients
have been described among the medical professionals. There has been various amendments and
acts which in turn consider the overall control over the legislative environment into practice.
1. Ascertaining the academic interest, objectives, motivation and purpose undertaking
postgraduate study
The motive behind studying the postgraduate operations of these methods which insists
that there will be appropriate analysis on the basis of research, development made over new
medicines. On the other side, there has been innovations and implication of various drugs into
practices in terms of resolving the medical obstacles. However, the interests and objectives
behind analysing the studies are basically relevant with gaining the appropriate knowledge and
skills relevant with such factors (Medical Law & Ethics, 2018). Moreover, here the new health
issues are emerging to have appropriate control over the diseases in the environment and in
society, there is need to have satisfactory control over the operational practices of the medical
practitioners. Moreover, these are the elements which have been determined and discussed
among medical practitioners to have reliable and accurate gains of specific knowledge (Coleman,
2018). They will be taught with various ethics and amendments relevant with medical practices
as well as treating the patients in business.
Academic interest
My personal interest in analysing the appropriate information as well as details relevant
with the medical laws and operational practices made by the professionals as to bring the
satisfactory services to patients. However, the interest in exploring more in the field of medical
legislations and knowledge will be appropriate in terms of delivering the appropriate medical
treatment to patients.
Purpose and objective of postgraduate study
The program is based on conducting various researches and surveys over the environment
which in turn will be helpful and adequate to have satisfactory gains of knowledge and learning
capabilities (Lee and Law, National University of Singapore, 2017). However, there has been
various areas of observations which in turn helps in bringing the appropriate analysis over
concrete facts such as:

 Issues at the beginning and end of life
 Public health
 Regulation of medical research legal and social approaches to biotechnology
 Patient’s confidentiality, etc.
Motivation
The motive is to have enhancement in the operational knowledge as well as skilled
development. However, it will be effective as to bring satisfactory information regrading the
medical ethics in the firm.
2. Training skills and relevant knowledge
To obtain the satisfactory information and learning gains, there is need to have
appropriate analysis over the objectives of government as well as medical authorities Therefore,
the motive is to bring the adequate informative knowledge among the professionals to bring
satisfactory treatment to patients (Documentation required, 2018). However, it comprises with
adequate training and skills development among the medical post graduates such as satisfactory
qualification, relevant knowledge and skills as well as experience in operating medical
operations. It will be helpful to create the most effective and adequate analysis over the new
laws, acts and amendments made by government to bring the suitable medication and treatment
to the medical professionals.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of tasks and operations which were being organised as to have satisfactory
revenue generation which in turn will be effective and appropriate as to have proper
determination of medical laws and amendments. Further, fruitfulness of such a program and
LLM laws will be effective and helpful to uplift the knowledge and skills of individuals. Further,
the improves a medical sector will be helpful in bringing effective cure from the life threatening
disease in prominent way.
