Constant depletion in non-renewable sources, climate change, green house adversities, global
warming all lead to the issue of sustainability and energy meet up problems for future times
(Ockwell & Byrne, 2016). The non-renewable natural resources like coal and natural oil has
become scarce. It is high time that alternate sources of energy mitigation are looked upon and
renewable sources like sun, wind, waves, biomass, geothermal and tidal energy should be used
holistically (Mahlia et al., 2014). Climate change is another adverse effect of increased
anthropogenic casualties. Developed economies like USA and UK are facing problems in
mitigating their oil needs and also are helpless in regard to climate changes. Every nation has
started their own means of protecting the nation and the United Nations has also developed a
number of environmental sustainability policies that are to be followed globally to meet this
global energy problem (Tehrani et at., 2017). ‘Green energy, sustainability and renewable
energy’ these are the three most powerful words of this 21st century. Nature is always
unpredictable and humans need to be cautious to feel the adversities. What we give to nature,
nature gives it back to us. It is high time that green initiatives need to be taken to meet future
energy demands so that the degree of coming to the verge of extinction could be elongated
further and planet Earth could be saved from such disasters (Ockwell & Byrne, 2016). Peak oil
level attainment time is very near when oil production will be lower and demand will increase.
This will also increase the overall fuel cost because of high industrial demand of it. Saudi Arabia
is extracting more oil than required in order to gain competitive advantage but one time will

help in avoiding climatic disasters by supporting what is called ‘energy miracle’ and will help in
achieving the objective of zero carbon emission by 2050.
