General Manger: Good Morning Ladies and Gentleman, I gladly welcome you all to this
meeting. Can we call this meeting in order?
All: Yes
GM: May I know if there are any apologies for Absence?
Julia: Yes. Mr Russell Ebert is absent on the meeting as he has to attend the client discussion
urgently.
GM: Thank You. May we now proceed in the minutes of the meeting?
All: Yes
GM: I will now request all of you to go through the minutes that has been discussed in the paper
given to you. I will also nominate the name of Mr. Bill Shorten for taking down the minutes.
All: Agreed.
GM: (After a brief pause) Hope we are all aware of the agendas to be discussed in the meeting.
Ms Julia, can you please shed some light on the new e commerce strategy that our company has
implemented?

Julia: Sir, we have incorporated the E-commerce strategy in order to maximise our visibility and
to enhance our brand positioning. We wanted ourselves to be focused on the catering company
who will dedicate themselves to the customers by easing their means to access our hospitality
and communicate with them. We have recently upgraded our social media communications and
increased our search usability.
GM: Thank you Miss Gillard. May I stop the discussion for a minute since our honourable
Chairperson has wished to participate in the meeting through Skype?
All: (After the video chat has been enabled) Good Morning Sir.
Chairperson: Good Morning. Welcome to the meeting. Please carry on with the discussions that
were going on.
GM: Sir, we will now be discussing about the potential risks and the remedial measures.
Chairperson: Proceed Please.
GM: Mr. Younus, Can you please kindly let us know the financial status after the incorporation
of the e commerce strategies?
Younus: At present our company is facing a little bit of financial struggle as the new strategies
implemented has costed quite high. Moreover, the lack in the recruitment of the trained online
staffs has lowered the business to some extent.
McGregor: Is there any remedy for that sir?

GM: We have planned for a recruitment team for the fresh recruitments and the existing
employees will be given training and developmental courses. However, there is one thing that I
will like to point out, that is the question of security for the confidentiality of our online contents.
McGregor: Can we make use of AI and proper SEOs to safeguard our informations?
GM: quite a good idea. But for that we still need some time as our Company is at a financial
fixation.
Julia: Sir Can we make use of the certificate course training for the enhancement of the abilities
of the employees and to increase our branding positions can we focus more upon the use of
mails, advertising to reach to the target customers?
GM: Definitely a good idea. We are pleased to learn about the efficient problem solving ability
of all our members. Hope we have got a picture of remedies for the potential risks. I am glad to
