TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Training and development acts as a subsystem of the organization. The organization
emphasizes on proper improvement of the daily performance of groups and individual (Prayag
and Hosany 2015). Development comes hands in hand with proper training. Better result of the
projects are directly related to the training that is to be provided. Hence I state that training and
development are directly proportional to the training of the employees.
Training will be important in order to prosecute the performance of the employees in a better
manner. This training will help in increasing the efficiency in the outcome of the project.
Using the ASK developing of the attitude set of the employees can be developed. I have
implanted the desire to succeed within the employees of the organization. Imbibing better
knowledge has helped me in prosecuting as per the management of the employees. Developing
skills of the employees has helped me in maintaining the better functioning of the employees.

Implementation of Kolb’s Learning Cycle includes the fact that commencement of the
project gets performed in a manner that the entire life cycle is diverged in 4 stages, namely

that I think must be taken into consideration includes better understanding of the native
language. I will set up a training in order to do so, I would invite linguistic professionals for

ensure that proper assessments will be taken. In this assessment provisioning I will include the
fact that the diversity in language expertise will increase and this will make the employees more
proficient.
2. Melrose never sent staff abroad for training before how do they go about it.
Initially there was no need of sending their employees abroad. Although it will be the
first time yet no problems will occur as I would carry out proper planning in the initiation stage.
After performing the planning, I will perform risk assessment in order to estimate the issues that
might be present. Hence measures can also be taken in order to proclaim the management.

3. The CPD (Continues Professional Development) in this work.
Uses of Continuous Professional Development provides better management of the
employees with the help of the e-learning programs, training workshops and vocational training.
This training process will help me in better management of the entire system.
EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING
Evaluation of the training it is important to use of the Kirk Patrick’s model includes better
prosecution of the Reaction of the employees. In case the 2 managers get hold of the behavior of
the employees and understand them better mangement and scope development can be done.
After understanding the behavior of the employees the HR managers can focus on the result of
the project.

Reflection
This group discussion is performed with the help of proper understanding of the working
style of the members of the group. Despite the fact that the group consists of 5 odd members, yet
the coordinating in between me and my group was high. This intended the aspect that the
completion of the project was no longer much difficult for us. The process that are used by the
different team members were different, yet the functioning of the entire process in an efficient
manner. Hence my experience was very good in performing of the project. From the above
discussion and the group efforts that are provided by me and other team members it can be stated
that the implementation of the Human resource management system will be acting beneficial for
the business organization that has been functioning in an efficient manner. The main issue that is
taken into consideration includes the fact that the recruitment of the employees are important in
the prosecution of the tasks that are to be performed in a proper manner. With the help of the
recruitment process, the main advantage that we have enjoyed includes completion of the tasks
that are to be concluded in a proper manner. Employees of the organizations are considered to be
the most valuable possession of the organization. In case the employees are not efficient enough,
the performance of the task functioning decreases. Hence employment plays a major role in the
success of the business organization. The human resource managers employ the suitable
employees and chose them as per the vacancy requirement that is issued by the team leaders of
the business organization. Hence the main aspect that must be taken into consideration includes
the fact for better commencement of the task procurement is the better employee recruitment. I
have performed the selections of the employees in a manner that will include the identification of
the vacancies that are present in the business organization. After performing of the analysis, job

process initiates with the initial screening process with the help of the interviews. I would
perform the assessment of the interview and then comprehensive interview is taken. After this
prosecution, background investigation will be performed and then the I will provide the job offer
to the suitable candidate.
After performing the recruitment process the step that I need to perform includes training
of the employees as per the tasks that they will have to perform in the business organization.
Only after prosecution of proper training, the employees can function in a proper manner. This is
the main reason that training of the employees acts to be important. In case I do not provide
proper treatment to the newly recruited employees, expecting high results and output from the
employees will not be feasible enough. For providing training to the employees I would have to
use and perform different techniques and methods. Hence performance of the employees will be
directly related to the models namely the ASK model, Kirk’s model and the Kolb’s learning
model. With the help of these learning models the main advantage that will be provided in the
prosecution of the training will increase the efficiency of the business organization. Again in
case the usage of the implementation of the training proper planning of the training module is
required. Hence I need to perform a proper planning of the training schedule, the entire
terminology is performed. This insists the fact that performing of the entire process must be
maintained and performed by me in a manner that will be beneficial for both the business
organization and the employees who have been newly recruited.
The data that are provided during the lecture in class have immensely helped me in
completing the project. The main reason of prosecuting the data management includes the fact
that the data that I have mentioned in the report have been gathered mostly from the class notes.
This data will not only help me in completion of the report but also help me in better
