INTRODUCTION
Strength and weaknesses both are important to one's life. It is crucial to know
about oneself as well as one's capabilities (Mather.and Cummings, 2019). Strengths
are the things that can leverage on, while weaknesses is not considered as the downfall
as they are the areas of the improvement where one can focus and turns their
weaknesses into their strength. Present report highlights on the reflections on the
strength such as problem solving skills ,team working and some weaknesses like
written communication .It also highlights on a plan ta can identify three objectives such
as need improvement in technical skills,public speaking and written communication.
Reflection on the strength.
Primary skills are considered as the skills that are crucial for the existing skills or
also the skills that an individual looking for . Teamwork is considered as a process in
that must depends on support of my team members (George.and et.al., 2016). It also
turn to provide the kind of the best support regarding myself in order to accomplish as
well as deliver the highest standards regarding work. Within my personal experience I
have various opportunity to work within a part of the team that becomes as the most
significant by my participation within the modules that ate taught using the practical
based approach. Participating within a team enables me to experience as a leader and
in addition to this it has also improved skills as a leader (Evans. and et.al.,2018).

Effective speaking and listening are two crucial skills that as it also shows that I am in
interested in what other people say to participate within the discussions. There are
also necessary skills that are crucial regarding the current role as they are highly
proficient and also classified as a strength such as Quality accessing and Budgeting
(Li.and et.al., 2016). I am also good in Crisis management , it is known as the
identification of the threats and also used as the methods to deals with them. Crisis
management also needed decisions to be made within the short periods (Sirin.and
et.al., 2018). Such as data breach or also the natural disasters that leads to the
intangible or tangible costs in terms of customers,sales as well as reduce within a firm's
net income. While participating within the team to build the exercises I can learn to
motivate since i have a slight issue within as I faced some hesitation and also I am

weak in making plans ,However the motivation I get from the team members they help
me overcome my issues. As these are my weakness which can be overcome my
weakness from the support of my team member and my strong will. To work better in a
team, it is very crucial to explain myself clearly as well as concisely so that who have
very little knowledge able to clearly understands. Lack of clarity sometimes creates a
misunderstanding or miscommunication. Healthcare is a very Huge broad term
(Taira.and et.al., 2019). as it has many disciplines that able to do work ultimately
together as I have . Teamwork must depends on support of my team members. most
significant in Crisis management known as the identification of the threats Such as
data breach leads to the intangible or tangible costs in terms of customers,sales , vital
for the current role and also needed to develop.

solving, decision-making and many more while written communication as well as
technical skills and public speaking are known as the weaknesses and furthermore it
reflected on the objectives to make improvement such as by making the online
help ,help from tutors and also help from the peers so that weakness can be converted
into strength.
