INTRODUCTION
Mental care home setting is chosen as the healthcare setting. This is
the care home for mentally ill people who are not mentally healthy.
This is the one in which there is a need to provide effective
healthcare treatment to the patient for the improved health. This
mental care home have the enough capacity that it can provide
treatment and care to many patient approximately 150 patient. This
mental care home have 110 nursing staff along with different
specialist and physician who are able to deliver effective health care
and treatment to the patient with mental health. As a nursing staff,
there is a job role for delivering health care services to the patient
with mental health.

Main body
Organogram refers to a graphical representation of any
organizational structure. This is able to provide the information
about high radical relationship between higher authorities and
employees along with their departments. Organogram refers to a
useful tool within organization for reporting relationship and
communicating employees.

Importance of organogram within workplace
Reporting- This is the organizational chart which is help to
demonstrate clear reporting structure for every employees within
organization. It provide a road-map to complete the work and
process in a specific way. This is able to provide the information
whom to report directly within large organization. It is necessary to
have the information to every employee that whom they need to
report. This can lead to provide effective outcome in mental home
care. It is necessary to have the information to the nursing staff about
reporting their related supervisor or physician. This is able to provide
the effective information about the patient to their physician and
physician can act accordingly and able to deliver effective treatment
and related concern.

structure to runt the organization in smooth way.

Chosen staff member and learning activities
Nursing staff member are one of the staff from the organization.
There is a need for different learning activities which need to provide
for particular staff for continuous professional development. By
delivering health care services to the patient with dementia. They are
performing different activity like providing care, delivering
medication and helping in daily activity and many other activities
which are generally performed by nursing staff member while
delivering health care services to the patient with dementia. There
are some of the learning different skills like leadership skill,
communication skill, time management skill. Leadership skill can
help to deliver effective care during any emergency experience.

SWOT analysis of Nursing staff

 Having patience while delivering health care services.
 Effectively use of communication, leadership skill, time
management skills in workplace while deliver healthcare
services.

 Staff management issues due to having many patient.

CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be conclude that there is a need

development plan.
