INTRODUCTION
Mental care home setting is chosen as the healthcare setting. This is
the care home for mentally ill people who are not mentally healthy.
This is the one in which there is a need to provide effective
healthcare treatment to the patient for the improved health. This
mental care home have the enough capacity that it can provide
treatment and care to many patient approximately 150 patient. This
mental care home have 110 nursing staff along with different
specialist and physician who are able to deliver effective health care
and treatment to the patient with mental health. As a nursing staff,
there is a job role for delivering health care services to the patient
with mental health.

There is a need for different learning activities which need to provide
for particular staff for continuous professional development. By
delivering health care services to the patient with dementia. They are
performing different activity like providing care, delivering
