INTRODUCTION
Disable people are having a lot of troubles and discrimination which is being faced by
them and that needs to be resolved. They have to be treated well and have to be aware of the
changes which the government is making for their wellness so that there is going to be better
functioning. The following report is going to discuss the crime and criminal justice system

1. Define Disabilities
The people who are having disabilities are going to have a limitation on their activities,
moments and senses because of their physical and mental conditions. There are a lot of laws and
regulations which the government has put for these people so that they can be treated right and
are not being discriminated because of this factor. Walking, hearing or problem solving are not
their advantages which they have and suffer because of that factor (Mead and et.al., 2018).
2. Discuss lack understanding of the crime and criminal justice system with disability people
The people who have disabilities tend to not remember and understand the importance of
crime and criminal justice. Women and children with any kind of disability feel abused,
neglected, violated, etc the most which needs to be controlled which is why there are special
laws which are developed for their justice as well. Disable people do not chose to be like that but
they are and people around them need to be educated enough to be able to treat them right and
not make fun of them so that there is going to be a good balance in the environment. The
community does not treat them right since they look down upon them as if they have made
themselves that way (Mosotho and et.al., 2020). These people which special abilities are not
being accepted in the community and creates a lack of balance.
In a lot of cases there are disabled people who have been arrested and mistreated by the
officials appointed by the government but those people are not even aware of the activity they
have conducted. There is a fear which is observed in the people and that is not a good factor and

involves a lot of risks. Expectations from these disable people is different and they have to be
controlled by providing them with the right knowledge so that they can improve themselves and
get in better environment for everyone (Spreat, 2020). Though there understanding is going to be
low but they need to be worked upon effectively and their participation in the society is very
much important as normal person participation is going to be.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that there has to be good awareness and
development of the people with disabilities so that they are aware of the changes and care which
they deserve. They not have the same processing and understanding level of a normal person
therefore it is very important for them to be able to understand the disable people well so that
there is going to be better functioning.
