and Rohde, (2015 pp.348) on the early lives of criminals showed that most convicted criminals had some form of mental disorder during their
development. Despite the effects of mental disorders, very few interventions have been implemented to combat mental disorders. For these reasons,
developing an application aimed at solving mental disorders would be a strategic business venture as well as a solution to human problems.
The problem of mental disorder is prevalent among youth and affects their adulthood. The application aims to help alleviate mental disorder
among adolescents as a medical and psychological intervention to reduce social problems and crimes in the society. Successful implementation and
adoption of the application should reduce mental disorders among adolescents by 90%.

seeks to answer questions that are highly asked by adolescents succinctly and engagingly. Analytics by Google show high similarity in searches from
devices that are deemed to be owned by individuals between ages 12 -18. Studies on service subscriptions have shown that individuals are likely to
subscribe to services that give direct answers to their searches and give en engaging response to ensure user satisfaction. Adolescents have been
