INTRODUCTION
Social determinants of health refers to the non-medical factors which can influence health
outcomes. This may include different condition includes grow, live, born and age which shape
the condition of daily life. These includes economic policies and development agenda for the
social policy and political systems. This include different determinants of health which includes
unemployment and job insecurity, education, income and social protection, working life
condition, early childhood development, structural conflict, social inclusion and many more
(Kelly et. al., (2019)).
Name of health service or program chosen
Mental health program has been chosen which provides funds to primary health network
that can engage culturally evidence-based mental health services for the people of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander. This service program includes psychological therapies, case
management, clinical care coordination and complex mental health support. There are also other
services that include different activities like alcohol and drug services, broader social along with
emotional well-being services, suicide prevention (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health
initiatives and programs, (2021)).

This mental health program is highly effective and can educate large number of
population of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. This can include better sharing of
information and creating awareness that can influence Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
people to take care of their health. This can ensure about creating better education that can be
highly effective and provide better implication of care about social determinant which can have
high impact on health. Education have various benefit that can include in the program which
address the social determinant (Perissinotto et. al., (2019)). Here, education can be highly
effective that can educate large number of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people that can
enable them to make their behaviour appropriate to avoid any type of mental illness. Education

can also help to effectively deal with the situation of mental illness and factors which are highly
effective and leads to create mental illness (Thornton et. al., (2018)).
This program has also limitation that it only provide Healthcare support through applying
the Primary Health network were the organization can deliver mental health related services we
should not also provide appropriate learning and education to aboriginal and Taurus a state
islander effectively on the large scale this can create difficulty in dealing with increasing number
of Mental Health issue within aboriginal and Taurus state islander people
Critiques of program related to social inclusion
This program includes providing effective mental healthcare and support people with
mental illness. In this, program includes to delivery better and effective mental healthcare
services which also includes the services like talking therapy which is associated with treating
patient effective and allow to provide better inclusion in their treatment. Through providing
talking therapy, they make people comfortable to get interact with other which allow to improve
the mental illness through including social inclusion. This program also ensist people and create
awareness about influencing people to participate in various social activity which can allow to
get better care about effective response in mental illness. Through social inclusion, it can allow
people with mental illness to interact with society and to participate in the differnet social
activities which are associated with taking care of effective improvmenet in patient with mental
illness. Social inclusion also help people with mental illness to get include in the sociatey and
feel presence and valuable that boost their motivation and help in health improvmenet (Doobay-
Persaud et. al., (2019)).
CONCLUSION
From above discussion, it can be conclude that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
mental health program can be effective that can help an against social determinant of health and
provide better education and get rid of social inclusion to improve mental health. Through
providing education and reducing social inclusion allow to educate people about changing
behaviour that can help to reduce the risk of mental illness. This program has the limitation that
it could not share large number of information with own self. It work with Primary Health
Network through funding for getting engage for deliver mental health services.
