INTRODUCTION
Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which an individual duly realise their self
abilities. With the help of this one can effectively cope up with the normal stress and can become
more productive (Hrabok, Delorme and Agyapong, 2020). A good mental health and well-being
depicts positive emotions and allow individual to maintain good relationship with other
individuals. While if it is talked about bad mental health it involves number of negative
emotions. Mental health and well-being can be promoted with the help of paying attention to the
present moment and connect with other individuals. It has been identified that due to the
outbreak of Covid-19 or corona virus there is a significant impact upon mental health conditions
of emergency service workers. It has been identified that some of has thought about ending their
life. Covid-19 has affected mental health condition of emergency service worker in an adverse
manner. In this present report formative discussion has been included on the factors that
influence mental health and well being, the value of early inventions along with the strategies in
order to promote mental health and build resilience.
