According to the author, due to lack of skilled training and not getting support from co
workers. In some areas, hence it is found that there is competitive or personal race of officers to
achieve promotions so in this case they highly practice behaviours and attitudes towards each other
that may also promote stress on an individual. But it is also efficient strategy that can helpful in
reducing the stress of an individuals as well. Those understand their jobs they have to understand
these policies. Another factors that may promote the stress can be demographic properties of a
person that can be influence. The young individuals suffer more from work stress and also
minimum level of job satisfaction. Meanwhile other found no significant relationship within it. This
difference depends on factors such as life experience, priorities of a person, learning and knowledge
of work, skills as well as coping policies and strategies. As per the studies, it has been also found
that females who are working in law enforcement and criminal justice system suffer more stress and
strain a compared to males. Further it has been determined that there are some race difference in
